Good for a quick overnight stay, not worth what I paid. Staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. Certainly ruined my positive v

Clean, simple hotel room with nice bathroom and tea & coffee making facilities.

The staff - potentially the most unfriendly receptionist I have ever come across. No manners, no friendly conversation and threw a piece of paper at me to sign upon arrival. She didn’t even say goodbye as I departed the next day. On departure, I politely asked if I could place my luggage in the storage room, to which she pointed at the door and made me place my own suitcase and bags in the luggage room and continued to talk on her mobile phone.

Quite nice accommodation

Even though it was tiny room, it was absolutely combortable. The locality was also fine.

Unluckily, against us were accommodated really nousy guests and everything was heard from the hallway (especially in the evening).

Would definitely stay again all in all a decent stay

It was an easy find and close to Baron court underground, staff were friendly and helpful.

A lot of the furniture was broken / in bad shape , gripper nails sticking up through the carpet however the bed was comfy! Very small room but snug to an extent. We got woke up at 8am for a staff member to replace something in the sink which we understood but it could of been done whilst we were out.

Not what you would expect. disappointing.

Close to where we needed to go and also to the tube station.

Hotel was tired, had a hub feel to it. Rooms small, poorly fitted out, and stuffy. It seemed like a cash grab hotel. Not the type.of place I would normally stay at. Advertised as a luxury hotel, worse than a Travel Lodge, on par with a Formula 1.

Really good for what I needed near Olympia

I didn’t request a quiet room but it wasn’t too noisy as in residential area. Didn’t have breakfast as was out early for event at Olympia

Shower tray had a bit of damage, desk looked worn around the back trim and a fridge would have been handy

Excellent value for a London room as a base for work/exploring/business

Very convenient. Extremely quiet. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Good breakfast menu (but not clear on booking). Room not over heated

Comfy stay

Staff were friendly, and the room was comfy. I would stay again for sure. The location is great and close to pubs and restaurants if you need to eat and hang out.

Not as many toiletries as you get with other hotels. You do hear other people coming and going from their rooms when the door slams. This can be quite annoying when you're trying to sleep.

Great location, very pleasant

Location was perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, neat & tidy bit the room was quite small and not much privacy in the bathroom as the door didnt close properly & extractor fan not sure if it was working. Otherwise very nice and bed was comfy.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso e oltre alle aspettative

Camera molto accogliente, pulita e piuttosto moderna con TV e bollitore per rilassarsi dopo una giornata a visitare la città. Completa di cassetta di sicurezza e piccolo angolo per appoggiare la valigia e appendere i cappotti e/o abiti. Doccia bella grande nonostante il bagno non sia enorme ma viene pulito quotidianamente. Ci siamo positivamente stupiti a scoprire il cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni con anche il rifacimento dei letti. Situato in una zona tranquilla e comoda alla metro e bus per cui ottimale per qualsiasi spostamento. Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile sia in reception che nella sala colazione. C'è anche una stanza per deposito bagagli con la possibilità di lasciarli sia prima dell'entrata in camera dopo il check-in anticipato che dopo il check-out. Colazione buona e con scelta sia dolce che salata.

OK stay needs improving

Bed was comfy room was clean

Room needs updating, bathroom door handle was missing. Lack of drinks in bar plus no ice was told we could get some at sainsburys. Decking needs fixing too on the stairs that leads to breakfast room quite dangerous. Hair dryer in room only worked when it was in its holder on the wall .

Very pleasant and comfortable stay in a quiet side of London

Comfortable room, a bit small but still comfy. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. :) Close to two stations, so that made travelling easier. Very happy with our stay in this hotel

A little gem that exceeded all expectations.

Totally exceeded my expectations. Staff couldn't do enough and was very friendly. Check in was simple. The room I had was just like it looked in the photos (which is unusual for some hotels). It was immaculate, smelt lovely. Tea and coffee making facilities were spot on and if you needed anything else you only had to ask at reception. The location to Barons Court and West Kensington underground stations are within a 10 minute walk either way, so it is very handy to get all over London. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying here again.

There is absolutely nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Perfectly located to Olympia which was the main reason for my visit. W14 is in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Decent sized room. Clean.

Noise from the traffic outside - windows not double glazed. Crack in the sink is unhygienic.
