Great and simple place to stay if you’re looking to be right in the Old City! Rooftop is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in the old city and Ephrahim and Miriam were good hosts. The apt was small but we weren’t in it much so it truly suited our needs. We took full advantage of the refrigerator and electric kettle. I would stay there again.

Great location inside the old city walls. It's perfect place for 2 people and quite good for 3 people. You can also rent it out for 4 persons but 4th person sleeps on the floor on the mattress. So it feels really crowded.
Myriam and her husband are great hosts, if you need anything just ask. Kitchen is reasonable with free tea and coffee and even milk was waiting in the fridge! But not really suitable for cooking meals.

What a privilege to stay in such an authentic ancient domed apartment within the walls and with such clever modern modifications. Everything is so close to this Armenian oldest quarter of the old city. You hear only church bells and the call to moslem prayers. You overlook the Church of the Holy Sepulchre from the upper roof top patio. Miriam gave perfect directions to access this place at the top of the stairs. Doing stairs is a must anywhere you go ,so not for the handicapped. Nothing is far just up and down. Big and tall will not fit through the curved doorways. Generally this place is authentic and charming. A great find.

Was a bit of a challenge to first find this centric Jewish Quarter flat after our 5am arrival but the host was so kind and met us at Jaffa Gate and escorted us personally. Location is fantastic. Price is right and fair. Host is super nice. Roof top view is special. Giving this listing 4 of 5 stars as the bathroom was a bit of challenge to navigate as it’s in an awkward bi-level location especially for my 82 year old mom in law. The entrance courtyard was sometimes scattered with toys but you get a real feel for life in he Jewish Quarter. Minutes walk to everything inside the old city. Make sure you get clear directions to the flat before you arrive to avoid a confusion. Google maps didn’t help the first time navigating the waking alleys. Was super bonus to stay inside the old city and we would stay here again!!

We loved the location and uniqueness of our lodging experience in the Old City. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed dining on the rooftop at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

Ephraim and Myriam are wonderful hosts. We were a group of 4 and had use of 2 bathrooms and the roof deck as well as the large studio apartment. Great location. I would not stay outside of the Old City, to experience the history if this great city.

Fantastic location 5 mins from kotel and jaffa gate. Room was unbelievably small. No washer even though it says so in listening. Wifi spotty

The apt is small but cozy. Perfect for two. It was cold during my visit with poor weather so the stay was less charming than I hoped due to the weather. However, the location cannot be beat. A good value.
