Absolutely lovely , really homely and lovely and clean- beautiful setting. One remark only - having younger children in the party (ages 6 and 9 years) it would have been perfect to have window restrictors so we could have opened the window on a night : when warm without fear of the kids being. able to get all the way out of the through the first floor windows

Lovely cottage, perfectly fitted out for a family of four to explore Snowdonia.
The best bits…location you can not beat, beds were super comfy, cleanliness was perfect, fully fitted out with kitchen appliances, tv, washing machine etc etc. Jacuzzi bath for the sore legs after climbing Snowdon. Cottage was lovely. The only very minor things were that the shower went hot and cold at times which was not great for kids who have more sensitive skin, us oldies were just about ok. Also some may say the decor is a little dated now, and I understand why, but it did not take away from the charm of this lovely place.

A very cozy house in a pleasant village and of course in beautiful surroundings. The bus leaves in front of the door if you want to leave your car. the house itself is fully equipped!

We loved our stay in Betws-y-Cord. The cottage is in a gear location in the middld of town, while being quiet and private with easy off street parking Betws-y-Coed is a great base for exploring Snowdonia and the surrounding area. It truly seemed to be in the middle of everywhere. The cottage is well set up and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10

Comfortable, quiet accommodation in an ideal situation for village amenities and as a central base from which to tour wider Snowdonia.

Great stay. 3rd time staying and its like a little home from home. My children love coming and hopefully we will stay again.
Great location for some.lovely walks and short drive to conwy, Llandudno etc.
We got the train this time which is right outside the cottage and it was a great experience.
Just so people know, the train passes the house at about 6am and then about every 2 hours until around 8pm. Not too noisy but was like an alarm clock for my son 😀.
We love this little cottage. Quite at night and very cosy.
Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Lovely location. Have visited on numerous occasions but never stayed for a holiday.
The cottage was perfect once we had figured out how to use the convection hob.
Would definitely stay again if the chance arose.

We love Betws and visit it at least twice a year. This was our first stay at this property and we were not disappointed. It was perfectly placed, close to the heart of the village with plentiful parking.
As many others have said, the train really wasn't an issue, you'll hear a rumbling noise as it passes 4 or so times a day.
The property was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner before and after our stay was great. The welcome information was detailed and came in good time.
We will definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family.

The cottage is charming and bigger than I thought. Good well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge and separate dining area. Well furnished bedrooms and ample space for our 4 adults. Lovely roomy bathroom and large shower. The cottage is on the railway line and as long as you don’t mind the early morning train then it’s fine. We were up early and out exploring so not a problem. The little front courtyard is a little neglected and the seating could really do with some paint. It wasn’t very inviting to sit out which was a pity as we had amazing warm weather. Very good communication from the owner and we would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Ticked all our boxes. This was our second stay this year. Would book to stay again!

The property is a lovely, well kept cottage and very spacious. We had all the equipment needed to enjoy our stay. It had a lovely outlook onto a railway next to the station with only the occasional train passing. Ideal location for visiting this area. Owner was great with all communication and the house more than suited our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is very well-equipped, comfortable, and ideally situated to enjoy local walks and amenities. My young son particularly enjoyed the playing field opposite the cottage! Caroline was very helpful and prompt with the queries we had whilst staying in the cottage. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Snowdonia/Llandudno area.

We stopped for 4 nights and we had a lovely time. The cottage had everything we needed. The location was great just a short walk to the local bars and restaurants.

We had very good and prompt correspondence with the owner, they were very helpful up to and during our stay. A little difficult to find the cottage, hidden behind the other cottages, but we were happy once we did, it was very clean, cosy and soon to be comfy place to be. It overlooks the railway and the little steam train track too, there's not many trains at all, so no annoyance at all. There's good WiFi here, along with a very well supplied kitchen. A lovely big bathroom with a great separate shower. The furnishings are a little dated but still comfortable for us 2. I would of given the overall rating a 5 but the small patio overlooking the track is in need of a bit of TLC, although the garden near where you park is a little gem to sit out and enjoy the weather.

Great accommodation, great central location for touring and overall, a great family holiday. Will definitely visit again!

The cottage is a good size, beds comfortable , kitchen well equipped ,however the whole cottage is in need of a deep clean, I can understand that the cleaners only have a certain b amount of time ,I think once a month it could do with some extra attention throughout the property ,I’m not a fussy person it just seemed very grimy ,also the black outside rubbish bin was in a disgusting state the whole bin area certainly needs a though wash , the inside rubbish bin also very dirty , for the money that’s being asked this needs attention ,that being said my wife and I did have a good stay , ps just something for maintenance a catch on kitchen door , regards Dave G

We loved watching the trains go by and how central it was to excellent walks and places to eat, we didn’t get in the car once!

Lovely little cottage close to the lovely shops. Stopped here over Christmas and had a lovely time. Few bits could have been better like master bedroom heating wasn’t working and in December, bedroom was chilly, but overall nice place to stay

Like, I say... great to sit off watching the tiny train roll past the windows. And right by the excellent pizza place.

What a beautiful place , the owners of the cottage had thought of everything , very well equipped kitchen , lovely comfy bedrooms and even a jacuzzi bath ! Excellent location for the village , rarely used the car . Some lovely local walks . We would love to return !

Everything is available, Dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Its in a great location, near the shops and pubs and close to lots of walking trails.

The cottage was very charming, clean and well presented. The position of the cottage is perfect: it is nearby a wonderful coffee shop and opposite beautiful park land space.
It was lovely to sit out on the front patio with a morning cup of coffee and lovely to have our evening meals out there too.
The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for more.

We knew from previous trips to Betwys where this cottage was. The proximity to the railway line was no problem. We enjoyed seeing wild birds and rabbits and walking in the area.
