Hobley’s Cottage is a little piece of Heaven. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. So comfortable. The farm is straight out of a movie. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. Their dogs are the cutest! The village of Stanton is so peaceful and charming. We loved walking through the village to the pub and walking along the Cotswold Way. We can’t wait to return to Hobley’s Cottage on the future.

We will always remember our stay at this wonderful cottage.
The cottage was immaculate and comfortable. Having recently been remodeled, the kitchen and bathrooms have high-end touches and appliances.
We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer.
And what a treat and nice touch to have eggs, milk, juice, delicious rustic bread and coffee included.
The setting is amazing -- absolutely picture perfect. There's a beautiful view from each window.
The cottage is also in a great location -- easy to travel to a number of other Cotswold villages and towns.
Proprietors Gina and Malcolm were helpful, friendly and responsive with any questions we had.
It was the perfect stay . . . and difficult to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is ideally located, surrounded by rolling hills, with little ancient hamlets in any direction you travel. Particularly well suited for hikers, with the Cotswolds trail at your doorstep. Well run, as well, with responsive owners who communicate well with their renters and top notch amenities in bed and bath. You'd be hard-pressed to locate yourself in a more scenic spot in the Cotswolds.

It was beyond our expectations in every way~ gorgeous, renovated Cotswold stone cottage, situated in the charming village of Stanton, overlooking meadows and fields, with horses and sheep and right at the Cotswolds Way. Gina and Malcolm are wonderful hosts and made sure that the cottage was well supplied with all that we needed and spotless. A fantastic spot to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Cotswolds.

Absolutely top-notch renovation of old stone cottage, located in the village of Stanton! From the moment you drive down the picturesque drive onto the gorgeous grounds, shared with the owners’ fine horses and Vizsla dogs, it is evident that this is a special place, both peaceful as well as full of history.

Beautiful property in an idyllic setting. The Hamlet of Stanton is breathtaking and keeps you away from the chaos of Broadway. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and in summary we rebooked before we even finished our holiday! Perfect in all ways and already counting down to the next stay!

The property is located in the most beautiful village and the house itself is out of this world. Just a short walk to The Mount inn restaurant which served the most beautiful choices of food.
I can’t wait to return next year.
Thank you for a wonderful stay Gina.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location
The property was lovely for the four of us (2 couples). Very comfortable and well-kitted out. The location was excellent - beautiful views, peaceful, a short stroll into the village where there is a fantastic pub, The Mount Inn (friendly service, good food and drink) and one can imagine how lovely it is in the summer. Lovely walks all around and just a couple of miles from Broadway and Snowshill. Good overall facilities in the property. Property manager close by if required.

A slice of heaven in the Cotswolds
We truly loved this amazing cottage! From the beautiful decor to the spaciousness and the bucolic setting, every bit was perfect! The location is central to many Cotswolds sites, and the location in the village of Stanton could not offer a more ideal and picturesque setting. Truly a “pinch us” stay. The owners were also very gracious and responsive. We hope to stay at “Hobleys” again in the future.

Stunning Cottage in Idyllic
Having driven along a little laneway to an entrance gate, we opened it to see a stunning cottage surrounded by green fields and horses. The surrounds of the cottage were well manicured. Upon opening the front door, I felt immediately compelled to start photographing the interior of the house. It was so perfectly decorated, had all of the comforts anyone could need, had views from nearly all of the windows and was perfect! It was extremely clean and whisper quiet for sleeping. It was very close to Broadway town centre and an easy drive to get to most places in the Cotswolds. I’m extremely fussy with accommodation and I have to say this house was perfect!

A Sublime Cottage in the Country
If you're looking for a new and beautifully restored and decorated cottage in the country, you won't go wrong with this one. Overlooking hundreds of acres of green fields with wandering horses and sheep, you can't help but feel your tensions disappear. The house is perfect for four people with every possible amenity. The village of Stanton is a beautiful Cotswold village with the requisite Pub within walking distance and virtually no tourists. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect
The house is beautifully appointed and the location is superb (footsteps from the beautiful village of Stanton and the Cotswolds Way Footpath). Sheep and horses linger right outside the garden. Gina gave us everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Cotswold Cottage in great location, refurbished to a high standard
A lovely cottage, surpassing expectations.
The quality of the renovation and furnishings is very tasteful and a lot of effort has clearly gone into the property. It has a high standard of equipment from the kitchen to the bathrooms, plus lots of hot water from a massive tank.
Beautiful view across fields of sheep and horses and the cottage is on the Cotswold Way if you want a sign-posted walk. Charming pub with stunning views at the other end of the village, serves food and has lots of outside tables.
Broadway, the nearest town has a great choice of restaurants, pubs and shops. It's a little hard to park but the benefit is a main street which is not covered with cars, plus there is a big car park in one of the side streets.
The cottage puts you in easy reach of some great Cotwsold spots. We made it to Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, Bourton on the Water, Broadway Tower and Snowshill Manor and had a fantastic mix of outings.
The owners were really helpful with arrangements and very welcoming when we arrived.
We had a great visit and hope to return!
