Very homely atmosphere, close location to shops, mall and plaza.

The owner is very accomodating and very soft spoken. We are well taken care of. Flexible in time and the owner waited for us even though we arrived almost 12 midnight already due to the traffic brought by the Dinagyang season.. and on top of this all, our room was clean, air-conditioned, had the amenities that we needed during our stay.

The place is very homey and comfortable. It is great value for money. The location is also good; it is quite accessible to public transportation. Kuya Janus and his family are extremely welcoming and helpful. Such a lovely family. We'll definitely stay with them again on our next Iloilo trip. 🙂

Kuya Janus was very kind and hospitable. I had erroneously booked a room for 4 adults instead of 5 with 3 kids (total of 8). He was very considerate I just paid for 1 adult extra, 1 kid at a minimum fee and 2 kids free. He was always willing to help like when we were looking for a place to eat, he willingly accompanied us to Mang Inasal just nearby. The homestay is also in excellent location where you can almost see everything you need-- from groceries, to restaurants, park, church, drugstores, and public transport. We are also very thankful of him for guiding us and accompanying us to ride a jeepney going to the wharf. Almost all jeeps were full that time so we just hailed a taxi instead- of course with his help. His place was homey. It's a home away from home. We slept very well. We were not able to have breakfast cooked by him 'coz we just grabbed some bread and instant coffee and cereals before heading out. We're glad for Kuya Janus ang his wife's hospitality and looking forward for our next stay in their home.
