This is a beautiful oceanfront rental. It was well equipped and immaculate. I would highly recommend it for an oceanfront stay.

These condos are in a perfect area. This is the second unit we've stayed here. This particular unit was very nice. All furnishings well appointed. No washer & dryer to use in the unit but coin units just down the outside hall. Pool was very nice but we visited the ocean mainly. I would suggest new beach chairs & umbrella. Nice to have without bringing your own. Love Stuart with nice shops and restaurants. Found a restaurant down A1A that was close by too.

The condo is beautiful with amazing views, quiet, very relaxing and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. The view of the beach from the balcony is breathtaking, and it is just a 2 minute walk from the front door to the sand. The living room is spacious and also offers a great view.

We had a wonderful week on this beautiful spot. The condo is lovely, quiet and comfortable - it was perfect for us. We slept like babies in the comfortable bed and awoke to the sparkling blue ocean every morning. The owner couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Loved it!

Our stay at Julie’s condo was perfect. The decor was first rate and the view outstanding. We plan to return.

We encounter a couple of issues. The bedroom window is on the outside where the hallway is and the blind did not cover all of the window, so we had to tack up a beach towel because people walking by could see in. The other issue we had was either bed bugs and or sand flees. Our legs were covered. Since we had guests down at the pool for a cookout that did not encounter the same thing I am assuming they are in the room.

Place was clean and comfortable, pretty comparable to other Spoonbill condos.

Condo sitting right on the edge of the ocean with steps leading to beach. Pool is a good size. Parking is right in front and adequate for the,building. Condo is tastefully decorated and has well equipped kitchen. INdian River Plantation is a lovely resort area that is close to all that Stuart and Hutchinson Island have to offer.

You will love this perfect vacation getaway spot! The condo is beautiful, spotless, and so well equipped with everything a guest would need. Gorgeous amenities, with new granite kitchen counters. This place is very comfortable and inviting, and Julie was so welcoming and attentive to any questions we had. The Water Pointe folks were wonderful, as well, and facilitated our check-in and check-out seamlessly 😀

Better than expected! The renovated kitchen and bathroom were clean, all kitchen items and towels were "like new".. and furniture, blankets etc comfortable and clean. The balcony was awesome. Views of sunrise spectacular. Will definitely be returning!!

Visited in early November, and had nice weather 80-85 degrees. This was a little gem of a place with an excellent view of the ocean. I enjoyed every morning waking up to a coffee and a wonderful sunrise. Plan ahead though, this area is prone to red tide and could cause problems with those with weak respiratory systems. We were fortunate and did not have the red tide present. I also found out that it was very hard to find an beach front place near this area. The surrounding area consisted of golf coures and tennis court and was not touristy. Laid back and relaxing comes to mind. We also took advantage of riding horses on the beach not to far away by fort pierce. The grocery store, liqour store, local surf shop, and gas station are a stones throw away from the condo, very convenient. Down the beach was a beach called bathtub beach, we enjoyed watch the waves crash into the rocks sending water 30 -40 feet in the air. Got some really cool pics. Athough the ocean was a bit rough during our stay i wanted to try some fishing with a head boat, which was also right down the road "lady stuart" cost around 45-55 bucks. Other charters were available but cost more but would take you out sail fishing. I would give this 5 star rating but we had some issues that didnt get resolved right away but was made up to us by giving us a few nights free stay, i would have loved to do this but had to leave. We were still given a nice gift cert and a future free nights stay. So, 4 and a half stars. Thanks Julie!! Cant wait for next year...

Spectacular view.. The apartment is very clean, the view is amazing and it is very quiet. perfect for a relaxing weekend or vacation. Luciano

This unit is small with a tiny and I am talking tiny bathroom. 2 wash cloths and 2 towels for the stay. The bed was nice but the bedroom is in the back of the condo so its dark. Looks like it was updated to some extent but still has a long ways to go. The ocean view is morning sun which worked ok. If your looking for a basic unit this is it but not much other then that. Also, you are charged the full amount for you rental upon booking on vbro. Not a deposit etc.

We spent the month of February, 2019 at this oceanfront condo and it was spectacular! When we first arrived and opened the door, the view took our breaths away - and you can hear the sound of the waves rolling in and out from almost every place in the unit. The stresses from our normal life melted away almost immediately and we had 28 blissful days. The unit is decorated very, very tastefully and is updated, clean and fresh. The balcony is lovely with comfortable furniture. In addition, the Spoonbill is a very well-cared for condominium complex that is always clean and neat. Thank you, Julie, for helping us get over the hump of winter in such a wonderful way.
