The location was great since we were in Dallas for my husband’s surgery at Baylor hospital which is nearby. There are also lots of restaurants in the area.

The handicapped accessible room was nice but small. The shower temperature was very difficult to control and did not drain well. The floor got soaking wet.

Element Dallas, accommodation was actually very nice. The room was modern and a great little kitchenette and bedroom area. The breakfast wasn't too bad, a little more choice would make it better.

Element Dallas was our final overnight stay in the US after a 3-week trip. The staff looked uninterested at check-in, not rude more like a poor greeting for new guests. The area surrounding this property was a little run down with several characters hanging around, which made it feel a bit unsafe to walk about. For a us it was a quick trip for Fried Chicken and Aldi for dinner provisions and a night in.

Our stay at the Element hotel was excellent, we stayed 6 days and our room was very nice and clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and helpful That made our stay even more pleasant . Very very hospitality. I do plan to come back to Dallas in the future for business and pleasure and of course I will make the Element Hotel my stay in the future.

It was nothing I didn’t like.

I did not like being charged $15.00 to park my car in their parking area.
