Aufenthalt von Samstag bis Donnerstag, nur 1x housekeeping. Pool permanent geschlossen. Die Hälfte der Fitnessgeräte defekt und außer Betrieb. Sehr unappetitliches Frühstück. Sehr dreckige Zimmer und 0 Schallisolierung. Weder nach innen noch nach außen.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, das Bad war neu renoviert. Man kann sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Beim Frühstück gibt es nur Einweggeschirr und nicht ausreichend Tische. Die Qualität ist verbesserungswürdig.

A very clean room with a nice view. The bed was really comfortable!

The breakfast was pretty poor - would not recommend it. The room I had was a good one, but I’m not sure if it was worth the price tag.

宿泊費が高い。 値段の割には朝食メニューが少ない。スクランブルエッグ、ウインナーなど肉系以外はシリアル数種類、パン(ベーグル、マフィン、イングリッシュマフィン等)、果物(リンゴ、バナナ等)、ヨーグルト、飲物くらい。

The rooms were really big and well maintained. With a fridge and microwave it made it easy to prepare food when we needed to.

The location was in easy walking distance of some of the attractions but there were not as many restaurants close by. Location was not ideal for walking around but close to the freeway when we hired a car and wanted to get out of the city.

Good location, clean rooms, hotel staff was nice and courteous, beds were comfortable, and good room size. Breakfast was ok

Valet Parking, was unnecessary and not efficient. The employees were very courteous, but I think is better and faster to just park by yourself in front of the hotel. The room layout was strange, with the bathroom sink just in front of the beds, and when you turn on the super bright light to use the sink, it bothers the persons trying to sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed in this location. We love how centrally located it has been for the places in Dallas we are going.

I wish their breakfast went a little later - perhaps until 10 rather than 9. After a late night with kids it was hard to get them motivated and to breakfast before they stooped serving.

It was nice, clean and the staff was friendly.

Parking sucks. You either park in a lot that is a block away for a decent price or you valet at a ridiculously over price charge. Also, I thought I had booked connecting rooms, according to the filters I had put in my search. I requested that if they weren't connecting to at very least be next door or across the hall. Rooms were down the hall and around a cornerfrom each other. It's not a huge deal, but not what I was expecting.

Property was good however they don’t tell you parking is close by they just have a drive through and you have to park valet

The valet staff was horrible. Making you wait 45 min for your car.

Breakfast was excellent and always on time and ready. Oatmeal already prepared was very unique but superb.

Would not be right to complain about anything, even Darius, our valet was excellent and very helpful with information.

The room was very nice and clean and comfy! The breakfast selections were great and delish! The location was great as well! The young lady that checked us in was very kind, welcoming and informative!

Location was great. Easy access to public transportation. Hotel was secure and only access with hotel key.

It is downtown and many homeless people hang around the hotel.

Friendly front staff, perfect for HoB shows.

Some tables were pretty sticky during breakfast on second floor.
