Room was comfortable, and modern with a great view out from the city. Location is ok, but a fair walk from the city sights. I thought the room was expensive considering the facilities available.

Room was clean. Beds were nice.

No close parking available. Valet was “full” for two days. Closet lot to hotel was full. Walked with an injury and a young child a half mile from the farthest lot at midnight. The food offerings from downstair’s Starbuck’s were subpar at best. This hotel butts up to the train depot they do not mention during booking.

Room view was amazing overlooking the city however it backed onto the railway line which was noisy. This should be mentioned when you book a room with a city view

The pool area was closed for the first two days we were there. The lady who checked us in didn’t give us information re breakdpfast but the other receptionists were very helpful

View was nice, room was spacious and comfortable, room service was delicious. The customer service agent I talked to after my stay was helpful.

There was some kind of insect infestation and I saw two of the same large bugs at different times during my stay, and my coworker on the same floor also found one as well. I called front desk to take care of it but waited for a while before anyone showed up and had to deal with it myself. Separate issue, I asked for an itemized receipt when I checked out and provided my email address to the staff, but it never arrived; I had to file a separate request. When I got my receipt I saw I was charged for two rooms and had to file a claim to adjust the price.

Great hotel for family as could bring in food without restrictions, have breakfast in room (cereal, milk, tea as had fridge and coffee/tea maker) - so handy especially if kids are picky.

Not much around hotel in terms of shopping etc.

Bathroom lavatory has no counter space to stage toiletries. The only mirror available with sufficient lighting to assist with applying makeup is in the bathroom. Television system is too complicated for simply watching regular programs.
