The location and short distance between some nice interest points (walking distance) also the accomodation was very nice and complete!

This self catering cottage had everything we needed. It had a comfortable bed and nice shower and well equipped kitchen with a braai area too. There was also a pool next door that we could make use of. Sandi greeted us and showed us around - she was very friendly and very helpful. She booked all our excursions for us which were great. The host Trish and Jeff were also wonderful and friendly. The garden was very pretty with lots of birds. It was a great place to stay to explore Chobi and Vic Falls. Perfect for our requirements. We had an amazing time in a beautiful part of the world. Nice secure parking

It is quite close to the busy part of Kasane - which is very convenient - however, can be a bit noisy at night.

Sweet comfortable cabin and helpful reception. They helped us connect with local tour operators and their is a grocery store and good restaurant called Coffee Buzz nearby.

We loved walking down to the viewing deck and along the river-side path to the Coffee Buzz for breakfast or lunch. The cottages are well-appointed and comfortable and within easy reach of Chobe, Kazangula Bridge, and activities are easy to arrange. The river cruise was amazing!

We loved our stay in the hotel as Its people and the owners are very attentive to help you! the gardens are beautiful, the bed fantastic and the kitchen well-equipped for everything you need. It is also important to highlight the location since it is very central to everything in the town.

We really have nothing to say as we feel very comfortable in our 4 days stay.

Its a green oasis in the middle of Kasane. Very quite place with our own nice terrace, a pool and a viewing platform to the river. The friendly staff organized transports and a beautiful river cruise for us.

On entering the property from the main road, you see a high fence with security measures in place. It was really reassuring to know that in the middle of a large town, where the possibility of petty theft (not violent crime) exists, management take these concerns seriously and have taken action to protect guests. Behind the fence is a beautiful garden, with two granny flats. We stayed in one and had a wonderful time. Sandi, who assisted us with check-in and helped with supplying water when the town switched off the water supply, was so helpful. We walked from the property to places in Kasane; warthog viewing is free! The kitchen is very well equipped; drinking water is from the tap. The shower was excellent. Despite another couple in the adjacent property, we were private and our view faced a different aspect of the garden. The birdsong was great; you are not bothered by sound of traffic from 'Ouma se Huisie' flatlet.

Sandy is a very efficient and helpful manager. The hosts were very friendly. We liked the deck on the river bank.

The room is a little on the small side.

Cozy self catering cottages surrounded by a beautiful garden and lovely hosts. Secure gated parking. We have stayed here many times and always return when in Kasane. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and services. Access to the Chobe river onsite.

Very nice location in Kasane. Trish helped us out very well and sorted out some excursions. It had everything you need for a good price.

A car was broken into when we stayed there. It’s something they can’t do anything about and they were busy updating their security.

lovely gardens and close to the river, but as it was very rainy weather we did not get the opportunity to enjoy a late afternoon sunset stroll. the self catering facilities were very good, though we did not make use except for tea and coffee.
