The host provided a spectacular experience for myself and my family. We could not have asked for a better host and accommodation for my family’s first time in the Caribbean. The apartment had a beautiful gym to use, the apartment was well stocked, super clean, relaxing, quiet, and the view was fantastic!!! Our family truly enjoyed our experience, and would not hesitant to book this place again for our next stay in Barbados.

Wonderful property! Only issue is the reservation of sun loungers. Building Management needs to curb this nasty practice. Building strata needs to replace the old uncomfortable sun loungers which would then remove the motivation to participate in this selfish practice.The condo itself and property manager were outstanding. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachfront property, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the sound of the waves and the stunning view right from our doorstep. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. The convenience of having the beach just steps away was a dream come true. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this beachfront property to anyone looking for a perfect seaside getaway. It's a slice of paradise that left me with wonderful memories and a longing to return.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was friendly and kind. The apartment was even better than we expected. Very spacious and well stocked. We were thrilled to find beach toys for our toddler to use in the unit.

The property is beautiful and the property manager Akilah was very helpful. Furthermore, the staff at the property along with the driver Wayne were also very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful beachfront vacation at this property! With 3 bedrooms and baths, there was plenty of space for our family. The ocean view from the living room was gorgeous. The beach was nice and we also enjoyed the pool. The location was off the beaten path and felt private, but was also a short drive to restaurants and activities. We will visit again!

Great 3-bedroom spacious property with all the amenities needed. There was even a spice drawer and a starter pkg of groceries in the fridge. There was soap, and hair products as well. Much appreciated. The AC was wonky but Akilah was awesome at getting a guy in to reprogram it asap. Cleaner came once and did a great job. Best part was the ocean front view and the beautiful sandy beach. The sargassum came and went but it was minimal at this location which was great. Only suggestion would be beach umbrellas (2) to use with the provided loungers when you want to go to the beach in front of the unit. Otherwise awesome. Thanks.

This condo is fantastic. You can’t beat these accommodations. It is stocked with everything you need and the view up from your balcony is picture perfect! It was such a treat that whether we were in the kitchen or eating on the balcony we had amazing views of the ocean and palm trees.. Having the convenience of a pool and hot tub, along with a beautiful, pristine beach right out your back door was priceless. Easy walking distance to the Saint Lawrence gap where there are lots of different restaurants. Cocktail Kitchen is a must!! Wayne was our driver and he was always available to take us any place we needed to go. I cannot recommend this condo enough…and if we ever are blessed to go back to Barbados, we will stay in this condo again!

Akilah was very responsive to all my messages. Akilah accommodated last minute changes that I needed. The property was well worth the price. It was very relaxing and quiet. I loved that it was gated and secured. I would definitely stay again if I am back in Barbados.

Lovely apartment, with plenty of space, and very well appointed. We enjoyed the magnificent view from the balcony and the pool facilities. It was great to have Wayne to drive us around in comfort and the pre-holiday communications with Akilah were excellent. Would highly recommend eating at Deia at the Beach

We enjoyed our time living in Maxwell Residence. This condo is very well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The Maxwell Residence personnel - from hosts, to housekeeping, to transportation, and building staff - are exceptional in what they do to ensure guests are comfortable and pleased. Looking forward to returning; would certainly stay here again; and strongly recommend to others. Thank you for taking wonderful care of us, and for being so professional and kind. Barbados is a lovely country, with lovely people.

We absolutely loved this condo. Positives include:
-very clean
-bigger than we thought it would be
-comfortable beds
-groceries (milk, bread, eggs, margarine, apples, coke, beer) in the fridge for us upon arrival, this was very much appreciated
- the best stocked kitchen I’ve been in in any vrbo or other rental - loads of plates, glasses, pots, pans, storage containers, etc
-strong wifi
- communication with the owner and the driver were excellent

After several years of waiting, we were so happy to be back in Barbados for the sun and time with friends. The place met all of our needs, was well stocked, very clean and the view was priceless! We had plenty of room for our group of 6, access to the beach and also a pool too. We love Barbados and will be back again!

The outside was perfect I could sit at the pool and still be right at the ocean. The beach was AMAZING. Really beautiful view from terrace. Spacious bedrooms (albeit all internal but you want the views from the terrace). Nice beach with a cool breeze. Lovely grassed area around the pool. Fraction of the price for a better pad than the guys at the neighbouring hotels are getting. Cannot fault the management of the rental -really communicative and helpful and a welcome basket of necessities to greet you and free transfers with Wayne and his brother to/from the airport. A short taxi ride from some of the best restaurants on the island. Really hard to find fault.

My stay at Oceans One was amazing. The unit is beautiful, comfortable, exactly as described, very well stocked with lots of room, with unbelievable views of the beach. I really appreciated the starter pack of groceries. WIFI strength was excellent for anyone who is crazy enough, like myself, to be working remotely. But what really stood out about Maxwell Residences was the service. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to extend my trip again. Akilah was kind enough to accommodate as much as possible. Michal, the property manager, went above and beyond to check on me regularly and see if there was anything else that could be done to make me more comfortable. I have stayed in many places in Barbados over the years but I will make a point to return to Maxwell Residences.

Really beautiful view from terrace. Spacious bedrooms (albeit all internal but you want the views from the terrace). Nice beach with a cool breeze. Lovely grassed area around the pool. Fraction of the price for a better pad than the guys at the neighbouring hotels are getting. Cannot fault the management of the rental -really communicative and helpful and a welcome basket of necessities to greet you and free transfers with Wayne and his brother to/from the airport. A short taxi ride from some of the best restaurants on the island. Really hard to find fault.

A great stay in paradise!
This building is in a prime location with perfect beach access. Waking up to the sunrise, the sounds of the ocean, and the views made this a spectacular stay. So peaceful and relaxing I actually fell asleep on the balcony listening to the waves the first night. The property was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Conveniently located close to The Gap and the benefit of the restaurant at the neighboring hotel. The owner was very responsive and helped us in preparation for our trip to explain guidelines/holidays/closures for the island during our stay. The property management was sure to check on us periodically and the airport transfers were a special touch. Wayne was even nice enough to stop us by Oistins for food after our late arrival. We will be back very soon and will be renting this same unit again on our next trip.

The WiFi is definitely the fastest I have ever seen anywhere– I was curious and it tested at 400 Mbps, which means the kids could stream movies, and shows and more importantly, I could get on Zoom calls all at the same time without any lag. I just had to do them with a different background, and close the door to the garden/beach area, so my coworkers would not get jealous. The balcony offered us stunning views and we decided to enjoy every meal we could outside. Having a full kitchen allowed us to save on the cost of eating out. Located right on the beach, we swam and played everyday. The 2 gyms and hot tubs felt like a blessing because we could work out and relax and unwind after. No doubt, we are coming back!
