You can’t beat the location of this property. The AC was also an absolute gift in the July heat. Was a comfortable stay for our family of 4. My only suggestion would be to add just a few basic amenities such as a shelf in the shower for Shampoo and soap, and maybe a tiny bit of coffee for when arriving after a long day of travel. Otherwise a great stay.

This apartment worked perfectly for our family of four for a few days in Venice. Wonderful location and responsive host. The only con was that the wifi only connects well when you’re sitting in the kitchen. Had a hard time reaching the bedroom.

Clean property and it was near everything.

The apartment was everything we expected and more! The location was perfect, close enough to everything, but tucked away to provide a reprieve from the crowds. Listening to the gondoliers sing and play music right outside the window was the highlight of the trip. It was also fascinating to watch all of the boats navigate the narrow channels. Our host was so sweet and made sure that we felt at home, not just guests. I hope we get to come back soon and would love to stay here again!

Great location, AC units work well, lots of space. Fun to watch the gondolas go right past the apartment.

1) the entire rental process was easy and clear 2) directions from the airport seemed overwhelming at first, but they were so clear and easy to follow. Francesca even offered to book a door-to-door private taxi, but we ended up taking the water bus from the airport…so simple and way more affordable! 3) the location was amazing! Minutes to San Marco…and we never even rented a gondola because we were serenaded right outside our window 4) the apartment was so clean!! And Francesca met us upon our arrival and explained everything…she even kept in contact with us to ensure that everything was ok. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!

Loved the location and the closeness to both the Rialto bridge and San Marcos Square. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very nice to travel with 2 teenage grandsons.

We absolutely loved our stay here - could not recommend more! Francesca was one of the most accommodating and attentive hosts we've ever had. She even helped booked our water taxi from and to the airport! After this family of four had been traveling for many days in more condensed spaces, we truly loved the many separate spaces within the apartment. But the highlight has to be having our breakfast with the windows opened to the canals watching and listening to the gondolas go by. Staying at this rental is like having Venice come to YOU! Francesca was so "above and beyond" helpful! On a side note for those "first time" travelers to Venice, I wanted to pass on some additional tips. 1) St. Mark's Square is filled with "day trippers" during the day, but I recommend getting out earlier (at least by 9am) one morning to experience San Marco before most of the tour groups ascend upon the city - and better photos! 2) Take one afternoon / evening to go to one of the "piazza / campo" outside of San Marco. We really enjoyed going to the Campo Santa Margarita (our host recommended!) which had more of a mix of locals/college students and travelers. 3) if you think you'll be using the water taxis along the Grand Canal look into getting a multi-day pass first, since the individual ride fares seem to be as much. It was great to have finally seen Venice - and this rental made it wonderful!
