Great location, great staff, convenient eateries and facilities. Valet was quick and efficient and check in smooth and seamless. The hotel itself is quite lowkey but very nicely decorated and laid out. Better than some more expensive hotels. And they struck the perfect balance between the price of the stay and the value they offer. Overall very good stay and I will be returning if they can keep up the good work.

I think cleanliness could be improved. One of the pillows had some kind of black stain. While I’m sure the bedsheets and pillowcases themselves were clean and sanitized, it would be nice to have them be spotless as well. One of the towel hooks in the shower appeared to be missing/broken so that could be fixed as well. But for the price I can’t complain too much.

It was the best stay in past 6 months. Staff is very friendly, responds fast , the room itself is clean and neat. Every detail is thoughtful and couldn’t not mention the design . Absolutely amazing stay, looking forward to stay there again.

Pool was closed for refurbishment but there was another to use, although we sadly didn’t get time.

Staff was very welcoming and king, good vibes, Social Company restaurant was a very nice place to have dinner and chill, dogs are accepted.

The staff at the spa was trying to manipulate us to buy their massage sessions. I was telling them that I was looking for a short time massage, and whatever my reason the lady at reception told me « but do you have a meeting planned? » and then insisting a lot for us to buy whatever was on the paper. Plus we were supposed to have 20% off with Booking and finally after 10 minutes when we decided to choose something they told us the discount was not applicable. One of the worst experience in Dubai ever to be honest. Other cons are the very large bed was actually 2 beds stick together, which was very uncomfortable for a couple. The hotel is a bit far from the beach or Downtown, but there’s very convenient shops and restaurants nearby. There’s a lot of small noises in the room, don’t know if it was only us. Last thing the rooms are not that much soundproof.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with good facilities. The gym is great. Easy to get to if driving, and located in a calm and great location close to many of the areas you would go out to in Dubai.

Rooms do not have enough space to store clothes if you are staying for a relatively longer trip. Pillows are not comfortable, but the staff was nice enough to send us another type which were much better.

The room was spacious, and the lighting was great in the rooms. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. There was a gym, spa, padel courts, and other activities which was great! Attention to detail is great, they even had a bath lofa, shower cap, sewing kit etc.

The gym could have more work done on it, simple things like ankle straps for the cable machine, a trap bar, hip thrust pad, step.

The internet was too slow. I had to use my hotspot most of the time. The breakfast was exactly the same except for one special of the day dish. I would have loved to see more variety. Going to and from the car parking P3 was annoying. I have to take 2 elevators from my room to reach my car.
