Everything - the rooms were a disgrace. They blamed refurbishing on this but I don’t think a wee stain on the bed sheets fall under that. We left and had to book a last minute hotel elsewhere.

Hotel was newly taken over, I did not know this and had spoke to previous owners about the room. Room was ok, bed uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and I asked for a fan and was brought this straight away which was lovely. Location was brilliant very close to everything. Think with a bit more TLC this will be a lovely hotel.

Beds could have been comfier.

The room was full of food old silver ware bathroom full of mold no handle on faucet so couldn’t use bathroom sink never cleaned room told staff immediately after check in with problems never fixed anything. The mold was so bad last night never slept and had to go to hospital for mold sickness. They were supposed to credit my card &26 which they should of gave us all money back but I never received the refund at 2 am I had to go to the bar bathroom and get toilet paper cuz the never cleaned or re stocked pit room. They employees just kept saying have to get hold of new owners and I requested that information serveral times never got it. Tv kept going out and other people that stayed there were telling us same problems. Complained several times while staying and after word and nothing. Was sick with mold infection for over two weeks which made me miserable on the rest on my vacation in England plus had to pay to get medical attention for the mold. Last night was up all night cuz could not breath was coughing from the mold left earlier then what we expected to stay. I never complain but this is the worst place ever stayed in my travels all over the world. I told the staff this is completely not safe for anyone to stay in that. The hotel was absolutely disgusting and should be legally shut down. I mean old food dirty silverware 🥄 n the room plus complete mold and dirty bedding absolutely not. And I have pics of it all. O and tolit paper roll Handel falling off and the toilet was not all the way attached to the floor when you sat on it it move bed and getting up it moved we’re almost fell Plus have messages from staff saying I need get a hold of owners and have the messages I sent several times to get that info and they have never replied

Shower cubicle was damaged, meaning water hit the floor, nothing a towel wouldn’t sort though

The bacon was probably the best I've had at any hotel. Lovely cooked breakfast. Lovely holistic bread, and the orange juice was lovely. The view was of the high street, but standing outside and looking up was the blackpool tower. The staff were friendly and I had a wonderful night in the bar. Met some lovely people.

My television didn't have a signal, but, I was to busy having a lovely time to even watch it.!!

Room was to small for a double bed unclean broken shower screen broken shower wallpaper hanging off the wall damp in corner carpet filthy never came to clean room faulty light switch in bathroom lift kept braking down no handle rail on stairs no entertainment as advertised noisey staff uncooperative

Location was great with all amenities close by. Room was basic but comfortable and very clean and would be happy to stay there again. Manager was very friendly and approachable

very run down. Doors of rooms had been damaged,possibly due to being forced open. no staff available at night when reception closed. Reported shower door in room broken but this was not repaired which prevented me using shower. very frightened staying there and left 2 days early.

Absolutely amazing stay, I was working so just needed somewhere clean and warm and it certainly was! Was nervous about onsite bar and noise but didn't hear a thing! Will definitely use again.

View from room, noisy neighbours who smoked weed in their room, people coming in at 2.30am from a dancing competition, all extremely loud. Too hot in the room. Faulty chairs in the bar, dirty chairs in the dining area. Pool room and dining room just stock piled with furniture. Toilet in the bar was really dodgy... it actually moves when sat on. Only 1 plug socket in room and no lamp for night time. TV was too high up so when in bed you can't see the screen.

Everything was fine.Staff very helpful and granted our request for a low floor room for one of our party.

very friendly atmosphere. bar area and entertainment was great, ideal that children are welcome into bar area and it’s family oriented. Jade is absolutely amazing…she is the heart of the place, very helpful, kind and willing to do anything to help you.

The room (beds) were comfy, the pipes were very noisy though.

The public areas, kids allowed to run round like banchees, with no supervision and they were behind reception area. Cash only on bar!! Really in this day and age. Wait time at the bar to get an over priced can of Strongbow (£3.50) and then had to sit and drink it amongst, you guessed it kids running round with parents not caring, just wanted a relaxing drink in the hotel bar. The lift was awful, only used once, never again. The showers were fixed so couldn't take off the wall and no hooks or storage for shower gels or shampoo... All in all needs a lot of TLC, but, for the price and as a base it is passable, but dont expect too much or a nice bar area!!
