Good Japanese style onsen bath room, spacious and the mattress is quite good, suitable, wide enough to sleep comfortably, not congested.

24時以降隣の客がスクリーンを何度も何度もガラガラ勢いよく開け閉めしたり、何度もトイレに行くのか足音がドスンドスンとうるさかった

キレイに掃除されていました。シャワー室は最初だったのか乾いていて清潔感ありました。水圧も良かったです。

掛け毛布が重そうで使いませんでしたが、寒くも暑くもなかったのでよかったです。

Ce sont des cabines, donc petits inconvénients de proximités avec d'autres clients, mais c'est le propre des cabines où tout le monde doit jouer le jeu, en attendant, c'était nickel et content d'avoir pu me reposer au first cabin d'Ichigaya. Accueil nickel.

Get the free earplugs as some of the other guests snore.

This was a great place to stay especially if you are visiting koishikawa korakuen gardens, which I would recommend if you're in the area.

Very clean and quiet. I selected the first class cabin and it was more spacious than I expected. I loved the location as it was a very short walk from the subway station. There is a public bath which is great for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring the city. Convenience store and small food joints right next to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Not all staff could speak and understand english fluently. Best to have your translation apps ready.

you are not allowed to use the onsen if you have tattoos. and that isnt written anywhere on booking.com. so you dont know before you arrive. i dont Think i would have booked the stay if i knew tattoos wasnt allowed..

The location was amazing! A quick walk over the bridge to the Ichigaya station. Two 7/11’s in a five minute walking range. It was great for my sightseeing and in the center of everything. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The pod itself was what I expected, but what exceeded my expectations were all the amenities for bathing, food, and rest.

The pod was a bit warm. The air conditioning could be a bit more effective.

It is very clean and everything is provided. I loved the bath and the women’s bathroom area very much. The staffs were very nice.

The space for luggage is not so big.

The pods are very modern and very clean. It’s right off Ichigaya station which is close to Shinjuku and Akihabara! The staff was amazing

For the price they charge you can stay at a 3star hotel. they even charge for the use of a towel.

Close to Ichigaya station. Lots of different food options close-by and kombini. Staff are friendly and communicate well. Would stay again for sure :)

The mattress is probably standard for japanese budget accommodation, just a little uncomfortable for a big Aussie boy. But still worth it :)
