Glenayr was a great location for us, with having to travel for sporting events in Hobart, Launceston, Devonport & Burnie, as well as being close to Launceston airport. The shearers quarter gave us plenty of room for my husband & I, our grown up children & partners/husband. The rural farm environment was a great place to come home to. The accommodation was well equipped with all the necessary requirements & very comfortable. Certainly would recommend this accommodation.

It was really easy to communicate with the host and even accommodated for a late check out.

Great house. Located in rural area not too far from Launceston. Friendly animals to pat. As our first stop, and arriving late very kind host left milk bread etc for our breakfast, which was so helpful with the kids.

We were looking for a 3 bedroom property close to Launceston over the Christmas period. This place suited ideally, and was well-presented.

We felt very lucky to have found this great place during such a busy time of the year. Very comfortable, clean accommodation for a large group of five adults and three children. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay. Beds are comfortable, lovely sheets and towels. The location is most convenient, so quiet at night, yet so close to the city. Entertainment provided by resident pony, ducks, chooks and hares. We would recommend this property to families who enjoy being out of town.

Excellent facilities and well appointed. No stove top/oven though otherwise would have given 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay because of the farm location and fact we could spread out in accomodation with Sou d of horses nearby.

Our stay was great very nice place to stay. Everything was close by and walk or drive. Anyone will enjoy.
