Great view from 11th floor

500 peso extra charge to use the pool,1hour to travel by car to airport at 4pm on a Thursday

Absolutely fabulous stay must try my recommendations short or long stays host is wonderful good hospitality.

Nothing to dislike all things are well and perfect no comments

The keyless (pin numbers locker) were brilliant and we felt more safe at all. The local and the area were not bad. Otherwise, it was everything we needed, just basically that is all. Glad it got fridge and freezer too where we can put cold bottles of the water in too. Brilliant service helpful when I was sick. Plus the tower got 24/7 service too. Love the view. Don't mind a tower front of us but still a beautiful view. The double bed was comfortable. The space of the apartment was just perfect for both of us. Just we have nothing to say. Very happy and we will be return back again soon if the booking is available. Wish we can rent this apartment and live there. Ha. :D

The next to sewage river are smelly really bad everyday, that can be put off but we were managed through at all plus keep balcony door closed most of the time. That is all the issue was. There are few tiny bit creepy bugs around in the bathroom and couple in living/dinning room. We managed hoovered up and make sure put all the waste bags to the waste room every day and night (on the same floor which was brilliant). That will reduce the bugs. The most annoyed was the flies. We managed killed them all. Funny thing that the shower is not always hot enough, but really lukewarm and cold most of the time. We don't mind at all as it was hot weather.

No breakfast included. Location is great!

Using the pool facilities are expensive.

Newer condo. Walk to mall was good exercise. Very quiet, for the most part. Bed was very comfortable. Owner was responsive to questions and concerns. I would consider staying here again except for location. More apt to if surrounding area improves.

Smallish, but normal for condos here. Location is set apart, but area should improve, especially as condos fill up. Hiccups with wifi but owner continued to work to get it fixed. Wasn't notified in advance that it wasn't working so went several days with none. Surprised with $10 per day per guest pool charge, only notified of it two days before moving in. Had allergic reaction to something in apartment. Not sure what but it may have been glue. A first for me, only the last few days and resolved when I moved. Drapes fell but owner had them repaired same day. No maid service but sheets and towels changed a few times during my 30 days stay. Mall is located across the Pasig River. It can be a hot or wet walk, depends on weather. Construction across road starts early and continues late on some days.

The room was really clean and comfortable place to stay. All utilities are available and we could cook. Check in and check out are easy.(just confused a bit to fine the building since there are 3 more similar towers)

The information about the pool was a tricky to us. We thought “infinity pool” is the only free one since there are no mark of “additional charge” however it was not. If you want to use the pool, I recommend you to ask the host about it first.

The view from the balcony, the lobby, bed was comfortable. Uncomplicated check in & check out.

A bit smaller than expected but for 1-2 nights totally fine. & it was a little bit hard to get a taxi directly to our apartment- we needed to go all the way to the exit. But it was fine :)
