We had a great time at your cabin! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and games! Everything was great and we will definitely think about coming back next year!

Very comfortable and inviting property. Great location!! We stayed for a family vacation but this property has so many potential uses from business to fun. Upon arrival the pool was not heating but one quick text and the issue was soon solved. Guest service was very prompt and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

We decided to spend a little more money and just stay at the cabin the whole trip. Very nice and the owners were very helpful.

We are from Kentucky and we had a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville convention center. Me and another parent wanted to bring our other kids also to have a little get away. So getting the cabin and splitting was the cheapest, best thing we could have done. All the kids had fun in the basement with all the games,pool, hot tub. Grilled out and watched the Kentucky derby and just over all relaxed and enjoyed the weekend.

Zip and dip was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again,. However there were some issues, the biggest was that half the cabin did not have hot water. Secondly the pool had a lot of chlorine and irritated the kids faces.

This property was absolutely stunning! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some! This property is cozy, warm, just perfect in every way! It was in the prime location for shopping and all the fun things we wanted to do. The pool, game room and theater room were so fun. We had the best time during our stay and management was just a text away. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

This cabin was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. There was so much to keep the kids entertained. I loved its location in that it was less than 20 minutes from Dollywood. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the pool!

My only negative would be since this cabin can sleep so many people, we found there wasn't enough seating to enjoy conversations. 1 couch and small loveseat. Pictured in the ad on VRBO is more furniture. Otherwise, bar stools for breakfast. Hot tub and pool were great. TV was pain in butt. lack of decent Wifi. Most people use cabin as a focal point for sleeping and are gone for the day. We wanted a great spot for catching up on 30+ years of conversation. Overall since I am very picky on cleanliness I found it great!! Spiders outside stayed outside. They are big, but never moved from their webs. I still give this great rating. Just please add more furniture. Another loveseat or couch for certain.

We were super impressed as we opened the door to Zip and Dip cabin! Was something for everyone in our family, from the pool table to the indoor pool and hot tub we were rejuvenated and recharged after being in Gatlinburg all day. Everything needed was in the cabin and being provided complimentary toiletries and kitchen essentials was super huge to us. Was clean and comfy for all our kids and us tired parents ❤️. Thank you so much and we will be back!

The cabin was good everything as listed just a long 15 min drive from everything! Which not a big deal but maybe not convenient if you are there for PF or Gatlinburg

Everything was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. Kids enjoyed all the games. Downfall was the internet, it was not connected to some of the tv's in the bedrooms and theater room. Spoke with management about it but no one fixed it. We could not connect phones or tablets to it either. Overall though I would stay again.

My family and I, had a wonderful stay. We were impressed and very appreciative of the personalized handwritten happy anniversary card the host left for my wife and I. Wife was very happy.
Host was polite and helpful. Host made sure hot tub was on, running and hot when we arrived. That was one thing we wanted. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. Grill was clean with extra propane on site.
The back deck needs to be pressure washed but overall, the place was clean.
I recommend this place, and will stay here again.

Took a family vacation with 5 children (ages 11, 11, 13, 15 amd 16). They all absolutely loved the cabin. They spent countless nights in the pool and hot tub playing. We also took advantage of the arcade games and pool table as well! Perfect home away from home!

Upon arrival we noticed many issues. The basketball game was missing all balls. The pool table sticks were warped/broken. The door handles going from the pool outside were broken. The xbox did not work.The pool water was super cloudy. The arcade game only worked about half the time. The only bathtub in the house had no stopper which is a major problem if you have small children. We were sent a check-in survey and they offered to send somebody out the next day which i appreciated however we declined due to not wanting to have to deal with maintenance coming in and out during our vacation. My biggest complaint was that the water in the kitchen and bathroom upstairs would take more than 15 min to even get warm. They did send maintenance out for that but we were told there was nothing wrong it was simply because the water heater was on the other side of the house. Overall the house was beautiful, the location was good but all the amenities you are paying for need a lot of work. For what you pay I would look elsewhere.

I truly can not say enough about the Zip and Dip and Stay Minty. The property was amazing and the personal touches were exemplary. Our 2 year old spent most of the time in the pool, which was our main reason for booking this property. The floats and balls provided, the vinyl lettering on the mirrors and enough trash bags and paper towels for the whole trip really made this a step above many other rentals I've seen.

The Zip and Dip cabin was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, well stocked with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and pool towels. Definitely enough to get you started. The pool was clean, water was chlorinated (just as it should be). Hot tub was amazing. All stores and restaurants are within a 10-15 minute drive from the cabin. The folks at Stay Minty were polite and answered questions in a timely manner. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

We had a great long weekend. Just the husband and I for a few days, our son and his girlfriend came from UTK Saturday to spend the night. Still plenty of room. We spent most of the time downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed the game room, hot tub and the pool - a bit cool for this time of year but it was reading 85. We liked having the extra fridge downstairs and the TV's with plenty to watch. Another added perk was the washer and dryer. Kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs. Not a negative, just heads up - we were surprised the main level bathroom had a tub and not a walk-in like the others. Just be careful getting in and out of the tub, be sure to put a towel down it was a bit slick. Cabin was not far from the main road, Kroger and Walmart was maybe 15 minutes away. The road to the cabin was a little tight but we had no issues. Overall we had a wonderful stay, we would stay again.

The property appeared really clean at first glance and with all the rules and charges they charge it should be. Right after booking they questioned us because we had to check why we were coming and it was for a birthday. They wanted to know who it was and how old, before they approved our booking. While we were there my kids found a vape and langerie in the couch down stairs. There is rotten flooring under the mat going into the pool room. Not sure what was up with the water but my 5 year old birthday boy loved swimming but something in the water broke out his sweet little face so bad it looked like he had an accident. Just from rubbing his face so much because the water made his face burn. I can't say we didn't have fun because we did. We were just upset because all your charges and pickiness to be in a place that had so many cover ups.
