the rooms were nice i liked the fact that we had a double room that way my daughter had her own room but still with us

needs a better breakfast and coffee offered though out the day. need to have someone to inforce the rules at the pool had teenage boys jumping in and not concerned about the people around them,

It was priced reasonably and clean. It was a good location to everything we wanted to do.

Housekeeping didn't come and we went down to the desk and they said we had to request it for everyday. So we requested it and the next day they still didn't come. I had to go back to the front desk to get towels and washcloths again. They finally came on the day before we left. People were leaving all of their dirty towels and trash in the hallway and by the elevator because housekeeping never came. Not much of a selection for breakfast but the waffles and coffee were good.

Lo unico que no tiene cocina y refrigerador grande...pero claro es un cuarto de hotel, ....

great value for the money

Location was ok. Beds were comfy. Staff was nice. Person cleaning was friendly and likeable to talk to

Breakfast was not good. Lounge area is no where comfortably because there is only a bench to lounge. Only a chair to sit in room.

The rooms were nice. I loved that there was no carpet. Was in a great location.

I had trouble with the TV. I had to point it in a very specific spot to get the channels to change.

Convenience & reasonably priced.

The bathroom - sink was massive in comparison to the size of the bathroom. The water pressure for the sink faucet was too high. Tub and walls behind the door were dirty. Light switch plate was dirty. Room service did not provide clean towels or make bed.

Location, feels safe. I have stayed here many times.

I notified front desk on the first day of my stay of a faucet that is POURING cold water from the spigot constantly. I was told maintenance would take a look at it, but by the 3rd day nothing had been done. I was told there were no more rooms available for me to change rooms and that it would cost the hotel money to not be able to book the room out because it would take a couple days to fix. I could not get a refund due to booking through Booking.com. The faucet also poured cold water through the shower head when lifted. It was broken in the connection from spigot to shower head.
