The property was really clean and no bugs inside. Everything was perfect. It was quiet and close enough to the attractions without being too close. a great family vacation!

Location was nice.

Couldn't enter the property for 2 hours after check-in. Email with instructions was sent to spam (not their fault) but I repeatedly called the number they gave with only a voice mail. Bookings.com didn't respond either. The HOA lady next door was able to get in touch for me and helped me out otherwise I would not have been able to get in. Once I got the correct email with instructions all went well. We missed 1 1/2 hours of a concert because of no response to us.

we enjoyed the cozy cabin feel. The cabin was decorated beautifully for Christmas.

we felt the cleaning service could have done a better job. The cabin wasn’t messy just had some durst and lint that was missed. The cleaning service should spend more time dusting and sweeping.

We loved the affordable rate and the comfort of the cabin. My small family loved the comfort and space of the cabin. It was just perfect. I will most likely try to book another stay next year!!!!!

I have back problems because I broke my back twice so beds are a big issue for me, these beds were great.

Location and ease of getting to it.

The living room was hot but bedrooms were cold.

It was very secluded and serene. We could sit on the porch, use the hot tub, go to the pool, or relax as a family in the living room.
