I had called on 26th and informwd that i will checkin on 27th at 6am. Still they have marked me as "no show".

Everything specifically the person ( Manager) his very bad ,rude, nonsense behavior towards the guest.

Nothing I liked. Hotel cancelled my booking despite paying full in advance. Booking.com failed to shift my booking to other hotels. I wasted my time. Then after trying another website I got hotel in 2 minutes.

Location is nice

When I reached hotel I was asked to pay more money than what was agreed on booking.com. The manager said there is price issue between OYO and the hotel and if I want to stay I must pay extra. Totally un professional and rude behavior

The price details given was wrong and receptionist was being very rude

staff was rude. breakfast was included in the package but they say that it is not included.

Did not have breakfast. Did not use TV. Bathroom was ok. Bed was clean.

Windows need mosquito nets. Otherwise they have to be shut. And AC did not work. So no ventilation.
