The bed was comfy

I loved the access to the main road and airport. Very convenient location.

The staff was really nice, it is near the airport (around 15 min) and the breakfast was also very good. We arrived very late and the woman who worked there was so kind to bake us an egg in the night ;) Nice place.
The shower was only cold water.

Convenient location near to airport and train station. Safe neighbourhood with high fence and guarded gate.
Reception lost our reservation and it took a long time to recover it but still we got one bed less than indicated in the booking. When tried to use a bathroom it turned out that there is no running water. It took two reminders for the staff to do something about, yet never got the water during one night stay. Rooms are not equipped with mosquito nets in the windows to there was plenty of insects in the room. The cook lost part of our dinner order even though were no other guests. For breakfast we asked 4 portion of eggs we received only two. On the top of everything there was a very loud party running in the lobby for most of the Saturday night. Despite several requests staff did not react to the noise.

The chef kevin was super helpful when he realised we didn't like the place and he tried his effort to make up for it

this was the worst place I have ever stayed in all of my live. the kitchen which was on view was discussing, filthy, dirty plates with uneaten food on next to open containers of chemicals. floor looks like it had not be swept for a week etc etc. I have photos which I will send on my return to uk. the guy in charge was

Everything was okay. The chef prepared a very early breakfast for us. There is security 24h.
The reason why we booked this place was to have walking distance to the train station. However, the place is 8 km from the terminal, not 950 meters (as described). Also, there was no hot water.

The welcome of the staff, especially the guy who made us breakfast. The location of the structure is convenient to reach the airport, the area is quiet and safe. The big room bed is comfortable. Good dinner and breakfast.

The chef and security personnel were friendly.
Mosquitoes infested room. The manager insisted I must pay in shillings instead of dollar. The TV in the room wasn't functional. There was no staff around during the night to attend to guests.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The location was great very close to the airport. We got very fast feedback from the accomodation after we requested some information.
The facilities needs some upgrade. The shower did not drained out.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and accommodated our late check in and early check out. The room was fairly large in size and had the facilities you would require for a quick stay.

we asked for the breakfast to be ready at 6 am ,,,,they told us was ok but the cook came in the kitchen at 6: 20 and we had very few minutes to take our breakfast ..the little we taste was nice
