Very clean, very well kept (new bedding, towels, etc.), good breakfast selection and very helpful staff.

It’s up a hill, which makes access difficult when walking as you have to climb stairs, and there are no coffee/tea making facilities or fridges in the room or food service except for breakfast. There is no elevator. Some finishing touches pending after refurbishment.

The hotel is small, nice and clean, the breakfast was fine also, no complains about it, there is not to much to do in the surronunding of the hotel.

I made a reservation for a queen bed and when I got to the hotel they gave me a twin bed, the lady on the front desk explained to me that this is how name a twin bed, so for booking, a twin bed is listed as a queen bed,, If I had wanted a bigger one I should ask for a king,, but they didnt have it available,. She didnt make anything to help me with the bed problem. When we (my wife and me) tried the bed, it was the worst bed, very very soft, the bed almost "eat us" making imposible to rest well. I dint complain because usually, the properties say that they can do nothing about it because we pay it by booking not with them. The hotel was very noisy, in the hall the people king made a lot of eco, and in the morning somebody drag some kind of metal container (or that was I taught noise was) thru the hall, making an annoying noise nto allowing us to rest. The shower has no pressure at all it has very tiny flow, and it is very difficult to control the temperature, is you move the water control lever for just one millimeter you get cold or hot water making it very very difficult to get warm water on it

EVERYTHING about this place is excellent. Daniela greeted me (speaks English) and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. A fan or heater is available upon request. The view of the city from the room was spectacular. The complementary continental breakfast was good, and guests can order full breakfast, too. COVID protocols are followed 100%. DEFINITELY THE PLACE I WILL RETURN TO.

Nothing. It exceeded my expectations. As others have noted, the walk down to the city or back up ... is 245 steps. Great exercise, but also UBER is available for 30 pesos! The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are 100% happy with your stay.

This is a new hotel which overlooks the valley of Tlaxcala. The view from the Hotel is amazing. To go into the city, you go down the steep staircase. If you're an adventurer, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. The young staff is energetic and helpful.

As an American and not specking the language the staff were able to help me translate what I did not understand. They went out of there way to meet all my needs as a quest. The food was great and the service by the staff were outstanding. The room were above standard of any hotel I have been in over many years of traveling around the world. I would recommend this hotel highly for value, cleanliness and service.

The location was out of the way but the view from the window was outstanding.
