The only thing worth seeing was the sight of the external environment on the terrace

The entire block including the apartment was dirty. The bed was stained all over. No provision of clean sheets over 10 days stay. The owner didn’t contact me to check if all was well. On arrival the entire flat was dirty. A cleaner had met my partner to give him the keys at 1pm but no cleaning or checks for safety were made. The bulb in the kitchen had already blown and not replaced. By the 2nd day the bulb in the bathroom had blown also. By the 6th day the bulb in the bedroom had blown at point of switching it on to go to bed. This resulted in the wall sockets to blow in the bedroom and living room area. The bedroom light bulb blowing resulted in the WiFi being totally disconnected. I wasn’t able to receive or make contact friends, family, Booking dot com or call or email the property owner to complain either. The windows were covered with black bin bags as broken. Being on the 14th floor caused constant flapping of bin bags resulting from high wind. It was very distressing. A sore room had kicked out wall and exposed to external communal area. Immediately at the entrance door/gate is another open knocked out wall. The main entrance door frame had big gaps and which you could see the external metal gate. The door leading to the terrace had no lock and the wind kept blowing it open day and night. This was an horrific experience. The entire apartment left much to be desired as it is in bad need of repairs and decorating. The ceilings and walls in every area of the apartment was moldy and paint was peeled off in every room. The location was very noisy with barking dogs in the early hours of the morning which occurred every morning at approx 1.30-2.00am. As school is in the vicinity and woken every morning around 8.00am by school children and teacher doing lessons outdoors. This apartment is not fit for purpose and no travelers should pay to stay in such appalling conditions.

Lovely owners, and very keen to know about any issues you may have had with the apartment (we had none) Very large roof terrace with panoramic views.

I think someone was smoking in the apartment prior to arrival, but this was quickly sorted by opening the large wide windows in the bedroom and living room.
