From the outset the communication was excellent and even booked us water taxis for arrival from train station and to the airport when we left. Met at the taxi drop off and taken to the apartment and reviewed all information with us and great suggestions of where to go. Apartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean and plenty room and space for our family of 5. Wonderful location to explore Venice and couldn’t recommend it more highly! We’d love to come back!

This VRBO was very nice and easy to get to by water taxi - just a short walk from the water with no stairs. However, when you get to the apartment, there are a lot of stairs, so be prepared. We still very much enjoyed the apartment.
The management company was great - helping us along the way. We got caught up in the CrowdStrike airline mess and missed our connecting flight to Venice, which meant we missed a full night of our stay. My only slight criticism was that while the policy is quite clear that if you arrive after 10 pm there is a surcharge to have someone meet you for check-in, given that we had already paid for a full night that we had missed, it would have been nice if they had waived this fee (especially since our friends met them right after 10 pm, as we did not arrive until after midnight).
Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Enrica was lovely and very helpful. She booked us a water taxi to the train station and gave us restaurant recommendations. The apartment was delightful. Very comfortable. Lots of stairs to get in, but worth it. Great location. Tub shower very slippery— be careful. Also, it took us a day to figure out that we didn’t need to open the apartment door with a key to get out— we just had to press a button. All in all, I am sorry we weren’t there longer. If we return to Venice, I would definitely stay there.

Our group was two couples and we were very comfortable staying in this apartment. The hosts made everything very easy, from getting to and from the apartment and checking in to information about the area. Everyone was very thorough and helpful. The apartment itself was very nice, with comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen and nice bathroom amenities. It was a lovely base from which to explore Venice.

What a great city to visit. This flat is in a lovely neighborhood. Everything you could ask for was close by. It was easy to check in and out. The assistance with water taxis and porters was most appreciated. The flat has had all the accoutrements. It is not for anyone that cant do stairs.

The place was a very nice space for 6 adults. It was comfrtable to relax and thr rooftop patio had a beautiful view of the town. It was nice to be able to do laundry and cook. The host was very helpful with arranging a water taxi to the airport. The air conditioning in the rokms was perfect. If i ever come back to Venice - ill stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We were travelling with children and grandparents and it was very comfortable for everyone. The roof top terrace was also so enjoyable during the evenings! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This apartment is up a bunch of stairs but it is totally worth it for the view and the terrace. The AC worked fantastic and it is a short walk to the Ferry. It is centrally located walking distance to every site you would want to see in Venice. I will book this place again in the future.

I stayed with my family of three children in this apartment for three days. We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for us. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well. The stairs leading up to the third bedroom were steep and not ideal for small children, but it was no problem for us, we just didn’t let the kids go up there;) It was lovely and we would definitely stay there again!

We had the best time exploring Venice from this apartment. Very easy to get to from a water Taxi. Easy to get to Doge’s palace and the Rialto Bridge. The 3 bedrooms were great to let us all have our own space. The bathrooms were also nice and clean. The living room had enough room for us to all lounge around and watch a movie at night. We would stay again.

It was a fantastic location, walking distance to everything, our host was very communicative, the apartment has been renovated and it has a fresh vibe, the views are the best. We stayed only 2 nights, we had to buy toilet paper, the coffee maker was broken, the patio chairs dirty. Overall it was a great place.. we just had to deal with some inconveniences in the morning and rush to the closest store.

The apartment is even more amazing in person. It felt like home away from home with high end amenities and plenty of comfortable seating. Both charming and updated. The kitchen is a little tight, but we cooked a big breakfast everyday. The bathrooms are gorgeous-providing the luxe hotel experience we enjoy with complimentary toiletries. The water pressure in the shower is a little low and we weren’t sure we figured out the settings, but there was plenty of hot water for all. There are a lot of stairs-the apartment is on the third floor, with three steep flights up with bags. It was no issue for our family, but it might be harder with older family members or young. The upstairs bedroom with roof access was heaven… definitely making the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend.
Take water taxi to San Samuele dock. Apartment is a 2 min walk. Great location. Not in tourist crowd but so close to everything you want. Felt like living local. Ciao Bello, Ca’ Della Luce Terrace. We will miss you!

we loved our apartment and the quiet location in venice. it was clean and ready with towels and new bedding when we arrived and was changed twice again during our stay. enrica was excellent when meeting us on our arrivel oct. 10thwith great communications.
only wish our apartment had a few windows with bug (mosquito) screens on them so we could open them during the nights

Beautiful Property close to shops & restaurants
We loved our stay! The property was just as described and the check-in process was super smooth. We absolutely loved the location. It was nice and quiet but so close to shops and restaurants. The property manager arranged a water taxi to pick us from the train station and take us to the airport, this was so helpful as this was our first time in Venice. The property was clean and nicely decorated and the rooftop patio was an extra bonus. We will definitely be back!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Als Information: man muss doch einige Stufen jeden Tag bewältigen, also für gehunsichere Menschen nicht geeignet. Apparative Ausstattung zum Kochen zwar vorhanden, angesichts einer an der nächsten Ecke befindlichen hervorragenden Osteria unnötig. Wer auf der Terrasse frühstückt oder Picknick macht: einer muss zur Bewachung des Essens abgestellt werden, da die Möwen schon im Kreis sitzen und warten, was da so kommt. Die Mitnahme eines Mückennetzes hat sich für uns sehr bewährt!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé et disposé. Idéalement situé à proximité des principaux centres d’interêt. L’accueil a été très sympathique et l’agence nous a même donné des conseils et aidé à louer un bateau taxi pour notre départ,

Perfect for a family of five. Very clean and comfortable. A market is very close and great eating options are at the local square that is less than a five minute walk. Had a really good casual/traditional meal at Osteria Alle Botteghe which is only a few minute walk. Quiet neighborhood but less than 10 minute walk to San Marco Square.

This was our first time visiting Venice and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The apartment is in a terrific location, very close to San Marco Square yet very quiet. The apartment is extremely comfortable and was great space for our family of four. We really enjoyed sitting on the roof deck later in the afternoon enjoying a bottle of wine, the beautiful views and the peace and quiet. All of the staff at Views on Venice were incredibly responsive and helpful. They arranged a private water taxi to pick us up from the airport and met us at the dock to take us right over to the apartment. Anytime we needed anything they responded right away. I just wish we could have stayed a little longer!
