The place is a scam and it should be taken off booking com. As you reserve you have to pay immediately and get zero refund. A few seconds later the place suddenly request conditions, that you cannot fulfill if you do not have an internet constantly at your disposal and do not speak or read Japanese: a photocopy of your passport is requested to upload and to fill out a questionnaire in Japanese. iIf you try to call their contact number on a Sunday as was my case no one will answer, and they will only answer during office hours. The person on the line is very unfriendly, hardly speaks English and will only tell you that there is no refund if you do not fill in the documents. Further, no one will meet you at the place and help you in case there is a problem, you only get a code that you have to download again through an app and besides this you are supposed to come only at 4 pm! It seems whoever owns this place will make sure that you will never get into the place and in the meantime your money has disappeared in their pockets. Booking should have never offered this place on it’s website and I warn everyone about this place

I love the location and neighborhood. Comfy and convenient. Great place for family and friends. Tqvm for the hospitality.

. Facilities are all good, clean. Easy access to metro train and near to supermarket and Lawson etc. Did not have time to explore more the area. Last day only realised there are many restaurants near to metro station .

All good, except the house is too crowded for 9 people.

You cant leave your things unlike in the hotel where u can leave your things in the concierge. Not advisable for a group of 8 pax

We like how clean it is and how organize the things are. It’s so cozy. We really love it. We definitely recommend it to our friends who’s going to stay in tokyo.

Maybe the directions going to the locations as it’s says east exit but it’s not on east exit it should be on west exit. And there’s 2 hikifune station the other one is keisei hikifune which is kinda confusing for us at first. But it’s all good as Japanese people were really helpful they guided us going to the right hikifune station.
