Located right across the street from the Makuhari convention center. Best choice for attending any event happening. The hotel is very neat with plenty of services indoors on top of its great location. Public bath is very neat and not too crowded. Hotel restaurants and buffet are quite good for the value.

Room did feel a bit dated. Some of the appliances were starting to show some age and were worn out. Even the upgraded premium room had a feel for a 20 year old room. Could use some upgrading to the general appliances in the rooms to make it feel more modern and up to date.

電波が悪かったのか分かりませんが今回ウェストの11階の部屋でミラーリングでYouTubeを見てた時に映像が途中止まったり乱れたりが繰り返し起きてたので気になりました。

スタッフが親切だけど押し付けがましいような絶妙な距離感が良かったです。 チェックインのシステムもいろんなパターンあって便利でした。

連泊をするとアメニティを部屋の前に置いてくれるのはありがたいですが、前の日のゴミ箱のゴミがそのままになっていて見た目にも衛生的にも良くないからここだけはキレイにしてもらいたいですね。 自分は食べた物を洗って捨てる方ですが、匂いとか出たり虫が発生したらイヤだなと正直思いました。

駐車場が多く、停めやすかった。コンビニがあるのはありがたい。スタッフも感じが良かった。

事前に、バスタオルを1枚追加でお願いしていたが、伝わっていなかった。 繁忙期のチェックアウト時のエレベーターは混雑していて、ずっと来ない。長蛇の列で、非常階段を使うか迷うレベル。(時間が押している人達は、非常階段を探した。)

ロケーションがよかった．展示場から渡り廊下ですぐ．

喫煙室だったため，タバコの匂いがきつかった．次回は早めに予約した方がよいように思いました．

部屋にあがるエレベーターが3ヶ所あってどこのエレベーターに乗ったら部屋に行けるかの説明がなく不親切

値段が安く部屋の景色も良かった

Convenience to and from Narita airport via bus. This is great service for myself traveling with luggage.

Near Makuhari Messe

Throughout the 3 days staying here , they never clean the room once. The bedsheets were never changed. The mattress was old that it collapsed in the middle. The bathroom smelled bad. When we informed that the room was dirty, they put a vacuum cleaner and bedsheet in front of the room for us to clean ourselves. On the last day, during check-out time, we asked for 10 minutes to use the toilet. The staff called us every 2 minutes and urged us to hurry out of the room. If not they would charge extra money. We have never stayed in a hotel this terrible.

Location is well connected for guests going to the convention centre and stadium. On site onsen facilities are pretty good and free for guests.

Rooms are dated and due for an update. Toilet is small and gloomy. I’ve never used the toilet for shower as the onsen was a much better experience.

The cleaning is not good. When i check in my room the is so many dust in my headboard and the mostly i hate this time is when I going to take a shower the are some hair in the bathtub. From the guest before me 😔its ok if from hair in the head but it’s not 😔😔
