We had 2 families and 2 grandparents as well as a visiting local family during the day for Xmas. Plenty of space inside and out for everyone. Well resourced kitchen, lots of beds, tennis court, lawn and spa.

Extra things stored around the place made it feel a bit cluttered

We liked the location.

Obviously once the property was really nice. It's now a bit run down. We didn't know that there would be someone on site. Sky wasn't working. At the price we were charged we wouldn't stay again.

Run down … carpets are torn and in some places held together with cello tape .. can at least be replaced and the outside tidied up. Did not expect it to look like this for the price and the rating in booking.com Has the potential to be a great facility if properly maintained

The property is big and spacious, close to perfect in location for access to city. Functional facilities.

Pretty run down and worn out, pantry shelves are close to collapsing, curtains broken, this place needs some TLC to bring it back to acceptable level for the price being charged. Difficult getting help from owners, there was no lighting or switch for turing on the spa and no signage to assist.

It’s great for large group. Very clean and tidy. Very secure property.

Beautiful gardens Downstairs bathrooms in process of being repaired. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable and clean beds. Lots of clean towles. Host was very friendly , kind and accomodating. Facilities for cooking were excellent. Good washing and drying facilites. 3 bathrooms plus another loo in the garage. Children friendly gardens. Spa pool was clean and readily used. Security was good.
