The house provided plenty of room for our family of 15 and we never felt crowded anywhere. We loved the proximity to the beach which was a short fun bike ride to an uncrowded beach area. The pool and outdoor area was a fun place to gather for pool fun, grilling, and games. Everything was convenient and provided for great daily bike rides. House was beautifully appointed and equipped. The only suggestion I would make would be to improve the quality of the sheets on the bed, everything else was great!

I stayed in the home with my extended family. The multiple beds and bathrooms accommodated 21 mostly adults quite well. The home was well stocked and comfortable. Note: If you have more than 5 cars, youll need to park elsewhere as there is no street parking. We ended up parking extra vehicles at the airport for $12 a day. I highly recommend this home.

We spent a fabulous weekend at this property and lived everything about it. The location is within about 10 min walking distance from the beach, but we enjoyed it.
The house is very nice and has everything one would need for a great vacation. We plan on coming back soon.

We had a group of golfers for our annual golf trip. Great location and plenty of beds. Plenty of cups, plates, etc for quick easy meals. Loved the grill to cook burgers. Only downside was pool was not heated during our trip. We didn't have much time to use it but the small amount of time we could have jumped in it was way too cold to get in. Good communication with owner and great spot for a group of friends.

This property is perfect for large groups. I recently rented this home to accommodate a group of 16 women to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. The home was beautifully decorated, had more than enough space for the ladies to enjoy themselves and we greatly appreciated that each room had it's own private bathroom. Maureen was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive with all of my request. Book this property for your Hilton Head vacation, you will not be disappointed!

Great stay at a fabulous property! Would highly recommend with only a few exceptions!
The fee for cleaning was significant but the home was not thoroughly cleaned. Even the kitchen counters and tables were dirty with crumbs and hand prints and elbow stains. The bedroom furniture was dusty and none of the floors were fully swept or mopped. In these days with COVID and other communicable diseases, this is surprising. The state of cleanliness for this stay of ours warrants a refund of that cleaning fee!
Other than that, we loved it and would highly recommend this house, owner and property manager.

The property was beautiful, beds were comfortable, personally would have loved widow coverings on the patio door, and new ceiling fan, property manager very responsive. The property was centrally located, did i saw it was beautifully decorated, the kitchen

My stay at this beautiful home was more than enjoyable! We came down to celebrate a birthday with 10 friends, and it was more than enough room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and everybody was able to have their own space. The walk to the beach was nice and the proximity to stores was great. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool as it was very calming. I would definitely book this home again.

What a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. We could not get over how fully equipped it was. From everything you need for the kitchen to all the gear for the beach, just awesome. Another great advantage of this property was, one call and a golf cart shuttle came to take you to the beach. Our family would stay here again without a second thought.

The property was perfect for a mini 40-year college reunion. The house allowed us to have our own space but there was also plenty of room to spend time together. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the pool area is great for those who want to swim/soak and those who don't. It's just a short walk to the beach and convenient to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Pool smaller than expected, but is completely shaded with comfortable seating for four adults. Patio has additional tables and seating.
Beds were extremely comfortable. Attractive and tasteful artwork throughout house.
Plenty of dishes/glasses/utensils/pots and pans.
Easy access to beach via bike or shuttle and adjacent park. Ten minute walk.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Overflow parking is so close it wasn't an issue at all. We had a slight issue the evening we arrived. But the property manager was great and contacted me within minutes to handle it. We will definitely look into staying here again if we come with a large group.

Our group had a great time, none the less. This property needs to communicate better. The front door was not secured with top/bottom locks. I was able to push the front door in without using the unlock code. I did correct the bottom lock while there but could not reach the top lock. There is nothing letting you know how to use electronics throughout the home or what to do with towels/linens upon leaving. They need a book or more notes on location. I have rented MANY properties and this is the 1st time I have had to reach out and ask questions from the rental company, yet they came by to check that we were following rules. Every time they responded to me they told me to check my app. The app DOES NOT have electronics info or linen info for check out.

Amazing to say the least
Everything about this home was just what we needed. We literally only left the house twice during our stay. Once to walk to the beach and once to dine at Hudsons…. It exceeded our expectations and sitting by the pool the majority of the time was so relaxing. You will not be disappointed!!!! I’d definitely book again!

The house and rooms worked out perfectly for our17 family members. We used the shuttle to the beach a few times, but primarily walked or road bikes. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. The property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. It was a tremendous experience for all of us.
