Perfect location, walking distance from a lot of the main areas in George Town. Amazing value for money. The hotel offered cleaning in the room everyday if we wanted. The Wifi was also really quick.

only one power socket in living room. music from the smash an repair shop, not property’s fault. no water for hours as someone turned off the main faucet twice in 2 days. staff could be more proactive.

The hotel's location at the heart of island city made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, shopping and etc. Being centrally located allowed my family and I to explore the city easily by foot, visiting nearby attractions, trying out local cuisines and indulging in some shopping. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. The staff members were friendly and responsive.

One aspect that I found challenging was there is no parking provided by the Hotel. Being in the city center, street parking was scarce, and finding a parking spot required luck. Luckily for us, we were able to find parking nearby the hotel and it was during the day time. Another thing that i encountered was that the bedsheet was slightly dirty.

The room was absolutely beautiful and homely! It has a real NYC loft feel about it. Close to a heap of amenities with Prangin Mall and 1st Ave Mall at the end of the street, Kimberley St food markets at the other end of the street, and Chulia St Hawker markets and Little India all within a 5-10 minute walk. We hired a car and found it easy to get a park in the street each afternoon/night we were there. During the day, the spaces are usually all taken. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Be aware there is no lift and all rooms are on the second level. We have 2 small kids (2 & 4 yrs old) and they navigated the stairs with ease. The stairs are worth how cool these apartments are! Loved it! I had read older reviews of noise coming from pubs close by, we did not experience any noise at night or during the day. The pub may have shut down. We staying in room 148 (directly above reception).

Close proximity to malls and food. Staff was polite. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Room was spacious as well.

Walls are little thin and you can hear the outside quite clearly.

within walking distance to many eateries, cafes, popular street food, malls & even foot/body massage shops. The fun Upside Down museum is just round the corner. With hair salon next door, you can always drop in for a hair wash if you’re too tired. Easy to grab around from hotel site. Peaceful location

not able to adjust aircon in 2 out of the 3bedrooms. need to rely on living room aircon so have to sleep without closing bedroom doors. good thing is aircon quite powerful. The common bathroom bidet pipe keep leaking & shower pressure not powerful. not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes. The other attached bathroom is a bit small. Not suitable for senior folks as need to climb up/flights of stairs to reach room

Besides the stairs, everything was very good. Nothing to complain about. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I slept well. The pillow and bed are very comfortable.
