My husband and I stayed with our 5 adult children ( ages 21-27) for 3 nights. They checked us out so I am hoping all went well. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Always tough to find a property with multiple beds and bathrooms In addition to privacy but bigger families out there.. this is the one for you. One of our children relocated here so it was a good home base and only 15 min from his apt. It was also helpful to be able to take a nap because we certainly can’t keep up with them any longer. ( meaning bedrooms away from one another) Plenty of living space. Clean. ( I am a clean freak) Green space ( plenty with outdoor seating for 4-5 if I remember correctly. A solid 20 to Charlotte. Spent some time in NoDa at a brewery and walking around ( great vibes/art murals) ( Vegan/ vegetarian options) Prompt communication. Accurate description of property on site. Friendly neighbors and safe. Parking for 2-3 cars. Negatives; Firmer pillows could help One loner roach near door in living room. ( to be expected in south, my stepson rescued it and brought it outside) Maybe an extra chair for outside seating. Thank you. Gretchen and Erik in New England

The location was located near everything you could ask for when on vacation. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is absolutely beautiful. The only thing that we could recommend is some new kitchen knives. This house is a 10 for sure.

Property was clean and smelled great. Plenty of towels but could not find towels for kitchen. No soap for dishwasher. Beds were great but sheets were not put on one bed. Loved having a washer dryer. Internet worked great. Excellent location for our events. Will rent again.

This house was perfect for our family and another family, including three smaller children, during a wedding weekend in Charlotte! The layout was perfect with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs! The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and the home was in fantastic shape upon our arrival. We would, and hope to in the future, absolutely stay here again!

Stayed in the house for the 40s States tennis tournament in Charlottte- great location for this tournament. The house was clean and as expected from the posting.

This was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and close to the relatives we were visiting. There was plenty of space for eight of us and I loved that there were three bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I sat out in the backyard every morning drinking my coffee. I even had a deer walk into the yard one morning. I would definitely rent from them again.

We recently came to Charlotte for a family wedding. This property was perfectly located to shopping, walking trails, and restaurants. It’s 25 minutes to the airport. Very clean!

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The kitchen was fully stocked with great pots and pans which made cooking for my family very easy. The location was central to many areas and the grocery store. My young daughters really loved the openness of the back yard as well. The neighborhood was quiet and very accessible.

House was perfect for our group.

We had a lovely stay visiting family for Christmas. My only complaint is that the owners have turned off messaging through the app. I wanted to convert these two things to them for the future: the shower/tub diverter in the upstairs bathroom is failing and only about half the water diverts to the shower. And the toilet in the upstairs bathroom is old and tends to get plugged, requiring plunging even with ordinary use (nothing but tp- we promise!). Other than that it was perfect.

The house was perfect to get together with friends who met over 40 years ago in college. There were plenty of room to enjoy each other and relax. The backyard was a gem. All the rooms were clean and very relaxing. Beds are comfortable and good size rooms with plenty of closet space. I wouldn't hesitate in choosing the home in the future.

This house was spacious, very clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent it again.

Fast and accurate communication leading up to our stay and a hassle-free stay at this well stocked property. Very walkable, safe neighborhood that is still convenient to everything in Charlotte. Home has plenty of room and lots of different living areas plus a big backyard.
