Ample bedroom space, and on street parking. Super clean and wonderfully decorated. Loved the super small touches like coffee, tea, and hot cocoa for the Keurig.

If you have a larger group and want to stay close to downtown without paying downtown prices this is the place to stay. Comfortable house with all the necessary amenities needed. Close to groceries, East Nashville bars and restaurants and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown Broadway. Only negative is the double bunk bed was quite squeaky and not the best for our age group staying but all beds were comfortable.

Everything inside and outside of the location was well maintained and clean! The property manager worked with my arrival schedule and was very accommodating. and responsive. Very pleasant experience overall. Would book again.

May 2021 stay
Jeff is aces as a VRBO host. Very responsive and helpful. Property was great and very close to DT Nashville. I’ll be referring this location to any friends or family that are looking to spend time in Nashville. Definitely would book again.

Thanksgiving 2020 - amazing trip!
To begin with, Jeff was super nice and so responsive. Never worked with anyone on vrbo that responds so quickly. The property is exactly like the pictures. It is beautiful! The pullout couch was comfortable, the twin room off the den was an added bonus, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the keurig each morning and was glad to have creamer in the fridge. It was also nice to have an electric wine bottle opener! The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. They were super clean! The washer and dryer worked perfectly. It was so nice to have the beds already made for you and extra pillows and blankets on hand. We had so much fun and I won’t stay anywhere else when in Nashville. Thank you, Jeff, for a memorable vacation!!

What a great place, EXACTLY as it is depicted in the photographs. It is literally 10 or less minutes in an Uber to Broadway. Thanks for letting us rent it for my birthday, everyone had a great time!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place and would go back and stay here in a heart beat!!!!!! Thanks again, Kelly :)

Outstanding!!
The house is extremely nice and clean with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions. Downtown Nashville is about a 5 minute Uber ride away. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
