Staff is very responsive and provide assistance very quickly

Some equipment is not 100% functional and there is some noise coming from ceiling

Location is excellent, couldn't be closer to the High Street. Bedrooms are off the main street so pretty quiet considering.... Nice and spacious with all the bits you need.

Beds and sofa were very disappointing for the money paid. I have stay in Coleshill a fair amount and have paid less for accomodation and received much more comfort. Beds are soft and lumpy and if twin beds are going to be pushed together to create a large bed, a thick mattress protector should go on to at least make it feel like one large bed.... Sofa, again very basic. Was fine for 2 nights, however could be improved.

The property was nicely decorated and beds were clean good size

The hot water would took ages to heat up, so when we arrived, it got used up after one person, their were 6 of us We were staying for two nights, the 2nd day we had booked to go to a safari so we were out all day, came back in evening very muddy and wanting to all have a shower, it was extremely frustrating that the water would take an hour at least to heat up On the first night when we had arrived, we wanted to cook rather than eat out, so we could settle down and have an early night, the cooker would not turn on Later found out that it was because the pans we bought from home that we were using were not compatible so we had to use the ones provided which were tiny and they only provided two It should have been specified in description so we could have taken along the correct ones, the pots provided were just about big enough to boil 2 eggs, for a family of 6 it was ridiculous At one point when we attempted to cook the kitchen sink flooded, the pipes came undone this was at 11pm So we had to wait until the next day for someone to have a look at it The dishwasher had no salt so it would not turn on, on the first night it was a nightmare because the sink was flooded so we were unable to wash any dishes We woke up to a mess, somehow managed to make breakfast and leave for our trip to the safari The toilet seat was far to small and whenever anyone sat on it, it wobbled around, it was a nightmare for the children The house was full of spiders in almost every room, i understand that when a property is empty it bound to happen but i think it would have been a good idea for someone to give it a clean before we had arrived it led me to question how long the bedsheets were on the bed and whether or not they were fresh sheets
