Staff very friendly and helpful. Room a typical 'corporate' Best Western style but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Location wise the hotel is great. Restaurant and breakfast was good however there is so much that lets it down as a hotel.

As a hotel offering us a room for a business meeting you would expect it to have good working WiFi..no such luck and limited phone signal so you can't hotspot. Staff are nice but so slow!! Check in and check out took ages and there were two staff behind the bar and instead of working independently they just worked together on one order at a time so it took ages which people found frustrating when the bar got busy. Rooms were dated and could be cleaner..when you move the shower curtain and there is shaved hair from the last person it's pretty disgusting.

Great location close to the NEC but just off the A45 giving the impression you are in the countryside but five minutes drive from the NEC making it perfect when exhibiting

The ground floor rooms are predominantly twin beds so when you have a lot of exhibition material to cart around it means sleeping in a single bed which isn't the best and they can't push the beds together to make a double because they are fixed

Breakfast was good, location ideal and good night's sleep.

Booked a twin room on booking.com and was allocated a double room. When I challenged this at the hotel I was told there are no twin rooms available and was rudely shown a booking that said double room. Then when I showed that I could still book a twin room online one miraculously became available to the receptionist. It seems there was a glitch that was somehow making all bookings double rooms. Not an issue, the issue was that it could have been resolved without me having to make a point.

Excellent location ti the NEC, it was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and room service was very good

We thought the bathroom could have had more toiletries like a shower cap and hand soap, and definitely more than one hand towel should have been provided

Room was spacious, clean, warm and comfortable. Pets are catered for. Housekeeping staff do their job very well and were excellent. Reception Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Bar Staff were non-engaging and not very friendly. No interest in having a conversation with you and no interest in putting up your drink the way you like it......just the way they do it! We went to a lovely pub around the corner for our drinks after that!!!!! Card only, so make sure your cash is spent somewhere else or loaded on a card.

All the hiiden costs and 'extras' such as Breakfast not included. No meal deal and the service charge being added without any mention of a 'service' charge. To be fair I didn't actually get great (or in fact any) service in the restaurant. Noisy from about 0400hrs, so didn't get a great nights sleep either.

It was all just a bit average for the money

Stayed here the previous week and had a wonderful experience. Staff were great and food was lovely.

During this stay i tried to order room service for my evening meal. I was in the area for business and had a lot of work to complete for an important presentation the next day. I tried calling the number given for room service and after numerous attempts had to go down to reception as no one was picking up. I used room service the previous week and although the phone wasn't answered on the first attempt, i was called back minutes later. After 3 trips to reception and a wait of over 2 hours and still no food, i had to resort to finding a chip shop just down the road! I then though a bath before bed would to ideal, so ran the bath. No cold water at all only scolding hot. Way above the 48 deg C legal limit. About 40 kettles of cold water from the sink cooled it enough to use. I've probably complained about 3 times in my life as i generally just get on and deal with things. I should have made you aware of this on the night, to give someone a chance to sort out, but in all honesty, the whole evening had been a complete nightmare and last thing i wanted to do was start packing things up and moving to another room. I had an early start and by this time, a bed was very much needed.

There was no hot water on both mornings that I was here. I was moved rooms but the water was still cold.

Nice spacious room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Location is convenient for Westwood Business Park. Biscuits with coffee maker are a nice touch.

Lack of plugs in the room, there was not one beside the bed. Service charge added to restaurant bill. In a restaurant service is expected as part of the experience not an add on charge.

Fabulous property - lovely bedrooms. Hosts have been very thoughtful and really made our stay fabulous! Will definitely be back!

Easy to find, most staff friendly and helpful, room and communal areas all clean, house keeping did a thorough job of cleaning and resetting the room each day, plenty of parking available, quite characterful for a chain hotel, comfortable mattress, nice fluffy towels, choice of hot drinks available in the room and the biscuits were a nice touch.

Room looking a bit tired and worn, curtain track broken so wouldn’t fully draw together then when I managed to wiggle the runner across there was a gap down the side letting light in. Pillows old and lumpy, one pillow case had a stain on it. Extractor in bathroom didn’t work most of the time then came on in the middle of the night for no reason and sounded like a jumbo jet taking off! Deliveries made right below my window every morning with little effort made to contain the noise.

It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Staff at the restaurant and the bar in the morning were lovely and friendly.

Staff at the reception was extremely rude (especially two girls, one guy was polite). Non existent Wi-Fi service in my room and hot water barely working in the morning for a shower.
