Within walking distance into Florence close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops especially Manly coffee shop. Secure parking in a location nearby. Very comfortable unit. The host even arranged a dinner reservation at a fabulous restaurant.

A lovely, comfortable well equipped apartment. Fabulous to have private parking. Great area with loads of eating places on the doorstep. Loved being in Oltrarano. Easy walk over the river to the Uffizi Gallery, Duomo etc. Francesco was fantastic to deal with, super helpful and friendly. Made a huge difference. Thank so much Francesco.

Lovely spacious apartment near the city center. It has a private gated parking (suitable also for big cars). Good neighborhood with lots of different restaurants, perfect location away from the crowded center (but close enough to go by foot). Very clean and it had all the amenities we needed (also a baby cot).

Everything was great! The apartment is not very big but very nice and comfortable. It has everything you may need and even more: it has its own parking along the street. It is secure and convenient. The apartment has a very good location- within walking distance of tourist attractions on the one hand and good supermarkets on the other hand. I hope we will come back to Florence and to this apartment)

Very beautiful apartment, 20-25 mins walk to the center, and of course the private parking spot is just amazing! We did a pretty late self check-in which was also very convenient. It was three of us and I thought the couch wouldn’t be comfortable to sleep at but it turned into the whole bed. We loved our stay

Cosy appartment with good location. Bus stop right accross the street. Clean with enough space for 4 persons. Also provides parking. Great value for price IMO.

The best apartment in the Florence

it was a good apartment. good location 15 min walk to the center. if you have a car it will be a great location because they have a gated secure parking . the host was very helpful.

The owner (young guy)was totally dishonest. He asked us to pay cash and leave it in the apartament. We left money on the Tv table(the cleaner was waiting outdoors and she must have seen it). But the Booking service charged us once again. When I explained the problem to the owner, he disappeared and didn' t return my money back. If it was a mistake and he was honest, he would have returned it.

Beautiful little apartment just outside the walls of the old town. Nice host who was very helpful. A gated parking space which is handy because parking is not free. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well stocked with necessary supplies.

Loved that it was on the other side of the river, further from the crowded centre, but still within walking distance from everything important. We liked that it had an espresso machine, nice touch. It was roomy enough for the both of us and we would definitely stay there again. :)

The heater did not work. The air conditioning machine turns off when you leave the keys and the room temperature is not pleasant when you enter the room. There are no towels for the bathroom. When we had problems with the air conditioning, they did not answer our calls to help us.

We arrived a little early but were met with the keys no problem. The apartment was beautiful and in a lovely zone of Firenze (a little bit of a walk into the very centre of city, but walking through the city is always a pleasure). Secure, private car park. Liked everything about the apartment- I'll stay here now every time I visit Firenze.

Really everything was perfect!

Place looks great and location is great, just a short walk from the city center. Apartment was clean and had most things we needed. Fact that it has parking close by is a big plus for those travelling with their vehicles.

Radiators didn’t work and we didn’t have hot water. which made it impossible to have a shower in late autumn. Host said it should work but it didn’t, and from what I’m now reading in the reviews it seems to be a problem that’s being ignored. We did use the AC in the bedroom though and that was enough to keep us warm.

Very well located apartment with private parking available behind a locked gate just a few buildings away; less than 10 minutes from the old town, not far from the Arno river, two streets far from the supermarket. Francesco greeted us personally, gave us lots of useful advice and was always super helpful and fast responding for the messages. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated, clean, quiet and bright. A washing machine is available and can be used at no extra charge, which also deserves an additional plus. What's more, we could leave our car parked in the parking lot even after checking out of the apartment, so there's some extra time for sightseeing :) We definitely recommend this place.

There was probably a problem with the thermostat in the shower, as sometimes the temperature of the water varied from freezing to hot by itself.

Great value for money, I was able to use the sauna which was great and a nice breakfast with delicious homemade pie.

The Private Parking was very Helpful. It was a comfy flat which responded to almost all the traveler's demands. Walking toward the center is just 15 Min which is great. The Host is also very friendly and helpful.
