Locatie was prima. Het strand fantastisch, met strandwacht! Bewaking op de accomodatie prima ! Appartement fijne plek, begane grond, zon s'avonds in het tuintje. Mooi uitzicht boven over het strand en de zee! Mooi zwembad! Fijne douches bij het strand.

De ontvangst . Moesten een uur wachten voordat er iemand kwam om ons toe te laten. Vreemd dat de betreffende persoon amper Engels spreekt, terwijl de meeste mensen Amerikanen zijn die er komen. Restaurants en winkels zijn helaas te ver weg van de accomodatie.

Lo único medio rescatable es la ubicación, ya que está en zona hotelera, pero casi al inicio de esta por lo que está muy lejos de plazas comerciales, antros y el centro La zona de playa y alberca también excelentes

No sé si fue sólo mi depa o si todos estén en el mismo PÉSIMO estado. Instalaciones viejas, la disque vista al mar no se apreciaba ya que las ventanas estaban súper sucias, las sábanas de las camas estaban rotas y al levantarlas el colchón estaba lo que sigue de sucio (hasta nejo se veía), fue muy incómodo y desagradable tener que dormir ahí. No había ni una sola amenidad en el depa, ni siquiera una botellita de agua. Todos los herrajes están oxidados, el baño tiene hongos, encontré cabellos en la regadera, atrás del refri había cosas tiradas supongo que de algunos otros huéspedes pero eso me indicó la nula limpieza que le dan al depa entre renta y renta. El papel del sanitario PAPEL CANELA! Pésima limpieza del depa, pésimas instalaciones, le falta mucho mantenimiento, todo se ve viejo y deteriorado, incluso encontramos cucarachas en la cocina, tanto de las chiquitas de comida como de las grandes de drenaje, y para colmo, la anfitriona se portó un poco grosera al resguardar el equipaje, en fin, pésima experiencia para lo que pagas, incluso vi que puedes encontrar mejores opciones por el mismo precio. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Nos gustó el equipamiento del departamento. Tiene todo es llegar y utilizar. Los espacios amplios, la pieza principal excelente espacio. El Ambiente muy cómodo, no hay ruido, las personas todas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar en caso de dudas.

Grand appartement, vue sur mer. Accès plage et piscine.très facile. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très agréable

Appartement mal entretenu : lavabo tellement usé et vieux qu'il paraît sale, joints de douche à refaire. Très bruyant car la chambre donne sur le boulevard. Heureusement que nous ne restions qu'une nuit

TL;DR: Filthy and haunted apartment. Don't consider taking this if you're expecting to have a pleasant vacation, and particularly with family and kids! Nothing was good/right except the location! They are the most overrated apartment and provider in Cancun Hotel Zone.

This apartment is completely unclean and not safe, not worth for the money. My observations: Their main door frame and supporting walls are broken inside, so anyone can easily get into the apartment just by the little push. But as per the property management, it's not a safety constraint! Yes, they seriously said so. Kitchen light and gas stove were flickering. At least the light can be changed (still don't understand how did they miss it if they cleaned/inspected before leaving the key for me inside the apartment for checkin), but the gas stove flickering issue is highly dangerous as we were able to smell the gas leak! Kitchen appliances are age old and rusty. None of these are hazardous to the property management, as per their standards! Washbasin is also age old and not properly maintained, you could see a deep stain in it and not even public washrooms will be in this worst condition! Bathroom is even worst, as it was not properly maintained either. Stain, cockroach, rusty shower, and nasty glass door that could break even if you accidentally hit while taking the bath. And, be prepared to sense some filthy smell while entering the bathroom!!! Apart from all these, the host is super genuine to reject all the complaints and try to convince us saying that none of these are hazardous as per the standards they maintain themselves, and you can expect to get back $0 from them even if you try through Booking.com. Forget about your money and consider it as donated! Lol... that's what I did at last! P.S: I am unable to attach the video I took at this filthy apartment, so trying to freeze frame and attach the screenshots for reference. Make best use of these and stay away from them to avoid having the worst experience and ruining your vacation... Cancun is an awesome place to explore, don't waste your time and money with these people as we lost it and started our days there with bad experience!!!
