Spacious and tidy

Good social spaces, spacious bedrooms and good garden.

House that can accommodate 5 families and the location.

1. The accommodation was big enough but the facilities ie kitchen utensils was not enough for big families. 2. Issues with faults in the house which I sent photos to Craig.

Great accommodation, well equipped and very central.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house was clean and comfortable and very well equipped with essentials needed for the stay - towels, hairdryers, kitchen utensils, hand soap. Craig was an excellent host and answered any queries or questions we had immediately. The location was convenient for Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland and Thorpe park, all within 30 mins drive, and just minutes away from Windsor itself. The garden was huge and secure so the little one was able to run around and play outside. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. There was also free parking for 2 cars on the driveway right outside the house. I would 100% recommend this property.

The only thing we felt was missing was a dishwasher but this wasn't a big deal, washing up products were provided.

The location and beds comfy. The aesthetics of the room(furniture) and colour scheme was nice.

Overall cleanliness was a poor standard. To the home managers credit he did offer to get the cleaners again however should have been done previously. Due to an attempted break in while we were away at the cinema. We also called the police but despite this and feeling unsafe there was no cooperation or consideration to the safety of the family. we were accused of the breakage and as a result lost the security deposit. Photos are not of rooms but of evidence took at start of booking.

The keys were easy to access. We had an enjoyable stay, there was plenty of space for us.

We didn't use the TV but one of the remote controls had no batteries.
