The location was perfect for us as we were catching the train to Ascot. It was also right in the town centre. The apartment was a lovely size and exceptionally clean with all of the appliances that you could need. It was really good value for money. The lounge, kitchen/diner was a great size with more than enough room. There is no noise from other residents. The list of improvements below would not stop me from staying again if they are resolved as it was a beautiful apartment and the things below are meant as constructive areas for improvement.

I have been waiting for a week now for a VAT invoice and although I have emailed and left messages I still have not received it. There could have been more instruction on how to enter the apartment - we were looking for a keypad but there isn't one until you touch above the door handle. We felt that the apartment may have been newly refurbished and there were some things that were not quite finished for example the tap in the kitchen is extremely wobbly. The apartment is super warm with no way to cool down not even fans. It is very noisy, as one room overlooks the road and the other a pub garden - you can hear these as if the windows are open when they are not. There was a lot of wood scraps in the cupboard where the boiler was. We couldn't find an iron or ironing board. There was no tea towel to dry dishes with nor any wine glasses. The ensuite shower floods the floor at the end. As we were going to bed the first night the electrics tripped for some reason so, being left in compete darkness we had to use our mobiles to find the fuse box to reset. There are no bedside lights or sockets near the beds

Host was amazing and the apartment was stunning in a great area! Very near Ascot (12 min drive) and parking was very near the accommodation! Will definitely rebook in the future and would recommend!
