駅近で良かった！

口コミを見ていたので私はわかりましたが、朝食の説明がないのと、レシートからだけでは自分の部屋が何階になるのか口答での説明があった方がいいと思います。

清潔感もあったし、電車の騒音も気にならなかった。レビューを読んで心配してたが、実際はとても満足でした。また利用します。

特に無いが、強いて言えばシャワーカーテンに数カ所カビ(?)のようなものが見えた。

Wi-fi

Didn't like the living conditions. Check-in is only from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00. The rooms are very small and noisy. We were not allowed to leave our backpack after check-out, they said that this was only possible before. the train was at 22:30 and we had to rent a storage room at the station

Zimmer Sauber. Die Süße Reinigungs Dame, war sehr nett und fleißig! Lage ist sehr Praktisch.

Zimmeraussicht war auf deine Wand... KEINE! Shinkansen Aussicht! Deswegen hatte ich es Gebucht. Man kann nicht auf das Dach, um die Aussicht und die Züge zu beobachten. Man kann nicht auf die Außentreppe. Schade.

Liked this place because of the location. Extremely convenience and great access to Kyoto station. Was clean as well and provided the basic necessities such as towels, tooth brush and room charger.

Noise when in the room. The hotel is right next to the train line, so you can hear the trains moving. It is not overall too bad that it stops you from sleeping, but you can hearing it in the background. If you are someone who is sensitive to sound, this might not be the place for you.

This is my second trip to Japan. My first trip to Japan, i stayed in this same hotel and the stay was so delightful that during my second trip, I had to stay at this same hotel. Location was fantastic, honestly way better than most of the hotels around the vicinity.

Hard for taxi to drop off in front of hotel but a little to the side is fine!

京都駅のすぐそばでめっちゃ便利。当日予約の宿泊でしたが、そうとは思えないくらい値段が安かったので少し不安でしたが、清潔な部屋で安心しました。他のレビューにある電車の騒音も気にならなかった。近くの梅林がめっちゃ綺麗で時期も良かったです。

線路のそばなので、外に出ると電車の音が凄いと思った。部屋によってはうるさいと感じる方がいるだろうなと思いました。

京都駅から、バスでも徒歩でも行けるが、周りは静かで快適だった。 ダイニングルームがあり、電子レンジが使えた。

朝食付きをきちんと明記してほしかった。

綺麗だった店

ちょっと狭すぎたのと 収納スペースがもう少しあると 助かった

パンとカップタイプのベビースターラーメンと少しですが朝食が無料の所が良いです。２４時間飲み物やコーヒーが飲めるのも良いです。

ドアノブのカードタッチ部などにホコリがかなり溜まっています。目立つ所なので改善が必要ですね。

清潔感ある部屋で良かったです。

施設が悪いわけじゃないけど電車の音がすごく聞こえるのと夜中に外で叫んでいる人の声がとても聞こえるので神経質な人には不向きです。

新しいだけあって綺麗だった。

Quarto muito apertado, não tem ventilação, me senti sufocada

L'Hotel si trova in una ottima zona, la stanza è grande, wifi gratuito e funzionante, Staff gentile e preparato. Siamo stati solo 2 notti quindi difficile da valutare perfettamente, ma come Hotel da fare un soggiorno veloce per visitare Kyoto e vicinanze va bene.

La finestra della camera non si chiudeva affatto bene.. passava aria, noi siamo andati di inverno quindi passava molta aria fredda, ma si sistema usando il condizionatore... Tuttavia questa aria continua genera un sacco di umidità, quando siamo entrati il primo giorno le tende e il tappeto del pavimento erano bagnati... sembrava muschio per terra... inoltre dicono che ancora per il fatto del covid non passano a pulire la camera, ma dovete ogni mattina lasciare asciugamani, accappatoi ecc.. fuori dalla porta che ve li cambiano con quelli puliti, ovviamente li smollano sempre davanti alla porta, non entrano in camera.

Location was very central, located near big malls and also small food outlets which i found was really convenient

1.還沒入住前有一些問題想知道，事先用英文在booking傳訊息詢問，還問了兩次，結果都完全沒有回覆。 2.地點超難找，從車站出來導航超容易迷路。 3.訂單明明顯示已含稅，入住的時候才被告知稅要另外收，一個人一晚要加收200日圓，感覺很差，覺得被變相收費，事後去查才發現他是下訂以後才會有一行資訊告知，但也沒跟你說要加收多少錢。 4.然後櫃檯人員英文不好無法溝通，態度也超級差，看我們聽不懂也沒有要管我們的意思，就把我們丟在一邊，後來是看牆壁上的公告才知道的。 5.房間小到行李箱無法打開，拖鞋是重複使用的布製拖鞋很噁心。 6.根本濫用環保方案，沒有客房清潔服務，覺得這也是網頁陷阱，誰會知道沒打上去就是沒有，正常一般都會覺得這就是該有的不需要特意註明，也沒任何公告或詢問，直到門口掛了一袋毛巾才知道。
