This condo has a bed bug infestation. We checked in to the property and were there for about an hour before we found them in the master bedroom. We immediately called the property owner who initially was very apologetic and said he would refund us. We had to find another place to stay in just a few hours and moved condos. We had to pay another $2500 to book somewhere else without having the money back from his condo but we had no choice.
In the meantime we spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO emailing them pictures of the bed bugs and texts from the host where he admitted to having an issue that they previously treated for and offered us a refund. He also texted back on Monday to tell us pest control came back out to spray and inspect. Now over a week later he is telling VRBO he doesn’t approve the refund and we are having to go through upper management to get a refund. I wish we had never stepped foot in this condo. At this point we may have to just dispute the charges with our credit card company all while worrying that bed bugs may have gotten into our luggage. This has been a nightmare. He knew he had an issue and still rented it out.

Stayed here for s weekend with my daughter and a couple of her friends. Perfect location just steps away from the beach. Owner provided everything we could need including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Loved having a full kitchen to prepare meals or we could walk or drive to several local spots for a bite or a drink. Having 2 pools on property was a plus. There was a great selection of board games in the living room to help us unplug and spend some quality time with the girls. Owner had great communication and access was a breeze. He let us know we could check in a little early as the unit was ready earlier than expected. On the last day, he was more than accommodating when we asked to stay just a little longer. Definitely would be someplace we stay again. 5/5 recommend!

As shared with the owner, the place was very clean, good location, all necessary items were present and beds were comfortable.
The condo was tired, needed attention with a torn ceiling, screen doors did not work and were torn! The main entry door exterior and interior need to be replaced! These items need immediate attention along with the stove.
Great location to the beach! I believe the owners can overcome these issues.

Condo has three decks to sit, one off the living room that is steps away from swimming pool, which we found really nice.
Bedrooms are both very big and comfortable.

Great home base for stays in the St. Augustine area! Pool and beach access were great! The property was clean and quiet. Could use some updates, but everything works great and the rental was perfect for us. The host was easy to reach and pleasant to deal with.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 16 day stay in this St Augustine condo. The place is well stocked with ample blankets, pillows, and linens as well as beach chairs and even a wagon full of beach toys (which we didn’t need but our grandkids would have loved them if they came). An added bonus, there is an attached garage that we really appreciated on rainy days and loading/unloading our vehicle. Communication with the host was excellent. We only had a couple questions that he quickly answered. We had no issues with the condo. St Augustine wasn’t our first choice for this stay but now it will be a top contender for future visits to Florida. A big thank you to the host. We enjoyed everything about our visit.

Such a nice relaxing stay, this condo has everything you might need to relax by the beach. Such a quick easy walk to the beach, Beautiful skies and seas! Lots of restaurants close by and Publix only a few minutes away. We visited Anastasia State park and St. Augustine Lighthouse while we there only a few minutes away.

We just returned from a 4 day weekend in St Augustine. We’ve stayed in the historic part of town so wanted to try something different. The place has a great location. Easy to navigate from there. If the owner could’ve fixed the weather it would’ve been perfect. Overall the place is fine. A bit dated as are most things in the “oldest city”, Ypu won’t be disappointed.

The location of the property is great and easy beach access. Communication with the owner and access was easy and the owner response was rapid. The unit needs updating and repairs/painting. The doors and screens were very difficult to open and the furniture and beds were old and not very comfortable. Painting was definitely needed. Half of the electricity in the unit went out during our last night there. The electrical outlets and fuse box needs updating. As much as we enjoyed the location and beach access we would not stay there again unless it has been updated and repairs done.

Amazing hosts! Super accommodating and really appreciated the quick and friendly communication and the details of accommodations in the house! Good location, short /paved walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable and worth staying here then paying the overpriced hotels!

The property is as advertised; this was the perfect size for out Annual Girls Trip! Three of us, three beds. Two bathrooms, lots of room to dance, eat, hang out. The balconies were so great, the beach was beautiful! Communication with the host was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We enjoyed this unit and the location for daily beach trips. Felt very comfortable and private. Added bonus was a garage and opener ! Very handy to keep my truck and fishing gear locked up. Plenty of room for just the wife and I too. Big flat screen TV in the living room was just like home. Furniture was comfortable as well. Had a few questions for the host and he was extremely helpful and prompt on his return replies. Very nice host.

Our family enjoyed the property and the location was close to our favorite restaurants and attractions. An added bonus was the provided beach chairs, toys, etc. The pool furniture has seen better days, but that’s not the responsibility of the unit owner, just something we noted.

Our family absolutely fell in love with St Augustine! We had a great time. The rental was fantastic, the pool is literally right out the sliding glass doors and the other pool is right next to that one. The walk to the beach was short, beautiful and I enjoyed it every time! There are gopher tortoises that live in the dunes and we saw him/her most days. The beach is fantastic! The townhome is also closely located to everything! It is clean and nicely stocked!

Great vacation
In all we had a great trip. The townhouse was perfect, had everything we needed, and it was in the perfect location to everything. Bill was great and always responded promptly to any questions we had.
There is a 5-minute walk down to the beach and we learned after the first day NOT to bring wagons down to the beach lol. We had 2 wagons loaded down and we had to get the wagons up and down over many stairs and across the bridge and through thick, soft sand. After that we only took down to the beach what we could carry and that made traveling to and from the beach soooo much easier. Lesson was learned :)
When we arrived only 1 of the pools was open. After the first day, both pools were closed. The pool was closed for the next 2 days and then opened back up the afternoon before we were leaving. The kids were disappointed to have a pool within 10 ft of our back door that they couldn’t swim in for 2 days.
I would suggest bringing your own beach umbrella or tent. There were about 3 there, but 2 of them were torn to shreds and weren't usable. We ended up going to buy our own, which was not a problem :) There were multiple beach chairs and there was 1 backpack chair which was great for carrying to the beach:) They also had a pop-up beach tent which was good for the kids to have some shade while they played in the sand.
Having a washer and dryer really helped as well as a garage. (garage door opener didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal) .
Overall, we had a wonderful trip, loved the beautiful St. Augustine and enjoyed our stay! Thanks again :)

The pool is directly across from the patio so we could see and hear the kids with ease. Nice pool too. Short walk out to the beautiful, uncrowded and not trashed beach.
Couches and beds were comfortable and not worn out. I went to sleep the first night with a back ache from driving and woke up refreshed.
The unit was very clean and uncluttered. Plenty of dishware, cooking utensils and cutlery. Oh! Towels galore! I even donated my grey one. It looked like theirs and I had no idea which one it was! (I always carry extra towels)
We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The condo was a nice place to rest and regroup before heading out to area restaurants (La Cocina International was our favorite dinner spot, and Panama Hattie’s was a nice option for a late lunch, post beach). Plenty of beach chairs, the two backpack style chairs, the short walk and easy access to the beach made our sunbathing adventure that much more seamless.
Bill was extremely responsive and was very transparent regarding an email from the HOA he recently received about the two pools being closed. While pool access would have been a bonus, it was only a minor disappointment, the close access to a quiet, clean beach more than made up for it, and was one of the primary reasons we selected this property. I would definitely recommend this property for those looking for a location close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and a short drive to Old St. Augustine.
