Very clean room, ocean front walk distance to the beach. Bus to town run continuously about every 3-5 minutes.

Restaurants are about a mile away. Visitors can't park inside the gated areas, including the taxi pick up or drop off.

the ocean view was gorgeous, but know it is east facing. the pools were gorgeous and super clean. easy parking.

The location is great and Paolo was very helpful.

Location was beautiful, right on the beach. Not too crowded so easy to find a chair next to the pool, unlike at the resorts.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The sheets were ripped on both beds. There was a nasty moldy smell in the room. There was a potable water dispenser but it was empty. Water pressure in the shower was low. The door lock was broken so the only way to lock the apartment was with the push lock on the handle, which felt unsafe. It is at the very end of the hotel zone so a 20 minute bus ride to get to any restaurants, grocery, nightlife, etc. Lots of road noise 24h a day

Right on the beach front. Functional flat, good for families. A short ride to restaurants and supermarket. Nice staff, easy to collect keys.

My wife and younger kid got horrible bites every night, which were clearly from bed bugs/lice and not mosquitoes. Management should pay attention to bed hygiene.

The pool was clean and very close to the beach.

The overall quality of the accommodations was poor. The room smelled all the time and the noise from the highway kept us awake all night. The kitchen felt dirty and we would not cook food there.

NOT rent Unit #1303 !!! No rente unidad 1303!! 1-The apartment was dirty with roaches came out from under kitchen sink. We needed to buy insecticide to apply 2-Pillows were so dirty with moho ..we asked the person to rent changed or money back.he returned with new pillows 3- Kitchen items pans and clutery old and dirty 4- Shower strainer lid was loose (put something to avoid roaches and other roedents come out) plus cover plastic so dirty with mold and cleaning items for bathroom, brooms and mop soooo dirty instead of clean got more dirty 5- Air conditioner very old apartment smell so humidity and dirty and filthy 6- Not good cable and TV reception was very bad 7- Mattess box spring dirty and broken edges Construction around property remodeling and there noisy and working next to the apartment **Overall the apartment was very "bad."** Property pool and and beach was ok We wished be in different unit for tge same price

Paolo was an exceptional host always ready to help and went above and beyond to provide service any time.

It’s old but well maintained and needs some repairs.

The beach, view, it’s quiet. The bus runs right out front. It’s an easy 15 minute bus ride to anything. The bus drivers were super polite just ask where the supermarket is. if you keep in mind this is an apartment not a hotel then the value and everything else is excellent.

I wish they had a hand shower and shower handles.

I was amazed by the host Paolo! He met us with the warm smile and brought us to the room, showed all details of the room including conditioner, kitchen stuff, gave us some advices. The beach is close, the bus stop is close to the apartment, WiFi is fast, room is quiet, laguna view, beds are comfortable! Every two days Paolo brought pure clean water!!!

I did not like, that my son did not come with me and he did not opportunity to enjoy such lovely and beautiful place!!!

Listen, this is a perfect budget spot. If you want to be pampered, pay for the all-inclusive hotels. Location is great! At the bottom of the hotel zone. 12 pesos will get you a ride on the red bus anywhere in the hotel zone (the mall was cool, you can take it to beach clubs, coco bongo, etc). Bus rides can be a little chaotic so beware of busy times, and if you give them more than 12 pesos ask for change, because they’ll just keep whatever you give them, haha. Paolo was a very kind and helpful host! Communication was quick and easy. Really liked the shower. It was really big and had awesome pressure. Two AC systems worked flawlessly and quickly, only took a couple hours to cool off the whole apartment, and it stayed consistent for our entire stay. Beds were comfortable! Extra pillows and blankets were in the closet, didn’t even need to ask for them. There are brooms/dustpans in the corner, which helped with all the sand, and there’s some sand castle toys/bucket thing under the bathroom sink for munchkins! Laundry was far less expensive at this facility than the last hotel we stayed at, the lady working down there was very sweet! Josie in the convenience store knows her way around Cancun, and will tell you (in as few words as possible, haha.) Give her dog Bonita some love.

There were some ants in the apartment, not a big deal if you keep food in the fridge. You’re in Mexico, don’t be snooty, they’re harmless Smelled a little off inside, but your nose adjusts pretty quickly.

Location and facility perfect!

Good views and good location. Facilities are clean and sufficient for weekend at the beach. Owner was attentive and friendly. Facility is adequate and safe. Lagoon view is phenomenal. Ocean view is minor but still could be seen from few places.

There are areas that could improve like more activities and onsite tours or activity planners. Little updating as well would help the facilities, but they’re adequate. No balconies unfortunately.

Location is good and apartment is big enough also the owner of the property is really a nice person .

The bathroom and toilet should improve ..it was clean actually but it could be better.
