Location was spot on, perfect area for places to eat and drink. The facilities in the room were spot, two excellent bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and living room/kitchen.

Large, modern apartment in an amazing location! Great for families, couples or small groups. If we were ever to come back to Liverpool, we would definitely stay here again!

This property is clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The property is well equipped.

Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would have been helpful. We were here during hot weather and it was quite noisy at night with the windows open, but this is to be expected in a very central location and the advantage of the location outweighs the noise.

The location was very central

The apartment is dark, it doesn't get much direct sunlight. It is also very noisey. The bedroom with the ensuite is on a main road and suffers from heavy traffic and carousing youths until the early hours. The bedroom facing the courtyard was also noisey with people playing football and shouting to each other. The showers' water pressure is very poor and the extractor fans in the bathrooms didn't work. During our 4 night stay there were 7 FIRE ALARMS On day 2 of our stay there were 2 in the early morning and on day 3 there were 3 in the early morning and 2 late in the evening. We reported these to the owners representative but were told there was nothing he could do about them and to ignore them!! A neighbour who actually lives in the building told us these false alarms were not unusual!!!

The location is excellent - The check in was done by Michael who is so professional and nice; even we had to revise our arrival 4 times due to heavy traffic but he never complained and was so pleasant. The apartment is decorated and equipped to high standard. The location is excellent.

Clean, spacious and great location

The apartment is ideally located for visitors to Liverpool, being only a short walk from Bold St for bars & restaurants, and the docks and central area of Liverpool. The apartment itself is modern, clean and very well equipped, with everything that was needed, and the two bathrooms was great for our two couples stay. Highly recommended.

It wasn't a problem for us, but potential visitors should be aware that Duke Street is a fairly busy road and so some road noise could be experienced (in the front bedroom), particularly if the window needs to be open.

Property was great and decorated in Liverpool colors. The property had 2 great bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was amazing and we were unable to find in any of other stays. The property was comfortable and the host was easy to meet and very flexible. Our phones and texting were not always working so we were able to communicate via Whatsup app which made everything go very easy and smoothly.

The only issue we had was a smell coming from the bathroom attached to the bedroom.

The gentleman meeting us at the apartment to hand over the keys was contactable by phone to arrange time etc, really friendly and helpful. The apartment was great, clean comfortable and very handy for the shopping areas. Really great time in Liverpool. Will definitely be looking to book the apartment in future.

The location is great ....the apartment is very modern and is well equipped. Very comfy beds. Free parking is a good 'extra'

More information regarding the equipment i.e. the TV and dishwasher would have been helpful. A bad smell from the En-suite shower wasn't great. The showers were very poor due to almost non existent water pressure.
