Location and parking

Pillows poor. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Shower didn’t work properly and was reported but maintenance didn’t come

Room was spacious and clean. Sofa bed had been made up for us on arrival. Breakfast selection was good and plenty of items available. Car parking was secure, located under the hotel and access direct from the hotel lobby.

Breakfast area felt a little crowded during the last hour of service (normal I would expect for any hotel). Parking at the hotel is handled by a 3rd party.

Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneet ovat hiljaisia, siistejä ja riittävästi varusteltuja, kylpyhuone puhdas ja tilava. Aamiaisen tarjonta on monipuolinen ja maistuva.

Aamiaishuoneen layoutia (ja henkilökunnan määrää) on ehkä syytä miettiä. Tila on pieni ja nyt ihmiset pyörivät ympäriinsä ja törmäilevät toisiinsa. Aamiaistarvikkeita myös puuttui eikä henkilökunta ehtinyt täydentää astioita. Katolla sijaitseva ilmastointilaitteisto (?) on äänekäs ja koliseva.

Breakfast experience was not good. It was crowed and both coffee machines were not working and there was no milk in the container.

The breakfast was terrible. I couldn't even get a decent coffee as the machine kept breaking..very disorganised. I have been here twice before but this time was just bad. I brought my son and daughter with the grandkids and we had to buy breakfast from Mcdonald every morning across the road from the hotel. The grandkids had nothing to eat. No yogurts or healthy choice for kids

Better breakfast would be nice and kids friendly food. Won't be coming back

The location is perfect to visit Liverpool, close to main attractions. The hotel was clean, the room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't organised properly the first morning, it felt better the next day, but still, most of the breakfast was missing or cold, it was one of the worst breakfast experiences I have had to be honest. We did go for the breakfast around 9am, so not late, and still, there wasn't any fruit left, the juice was very bad quality, there was no bacon, the hash brown were cold. no yogurt etc NO water given in the room, I was expecting a bottle of water at least for the first night.

The breakfast was extremely poor. No eggs available due to a missed delivery. Should have sourced from elsewhere. Tables were not cleared after use - limited staff available.

The location close to the waterfront and central area, all within easy walking distance, so no need to use our car at all during our stay. Access to the car park was good and the spaces were quite generous and well-lit. The room was of a good size and the airco/ventilation worked well.

The bed was not particularly comfortable and the pillows gave no support. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, particularly on the first morning, where there were no eggs for the fifteen minutes that we waited before giving up. Things were better on the second morning.

2 small elevators with one out of order. Pretty bad for a main hotel with a considerable amount of guests. No pedestrian access from underground car park which I’m sure is a breach of fire regulations

It would be good to have personal security safes within the rooms. Room was a little noisy with the traffic on the busy road.

Spacious and very clean room. Comfortable beds. The hotel is centrally located, nearby the harbour, museums and the city centre. Nice breakfast with fresh ingredients. But the most important is that we had a wonderful view

The bed is not comfortable at all. Very old furniture. I didn’t like the glass door for the toilet and the wardrobe.

Clean, pleasant room. We were near the lifts but there was no noise. Food was hot at breakfast. Excellent location. 20 minutes from train station and could walk easily to most places of interest.

The hotel had two coffee machines and a hot water machine at breakfast. During our stay only one coffee machine was working and the hot water machine was out of order. We were there 3 nights. This should have been dealt with. The quality of the food at breakfast was good but things weren't filled up very quickly if they ran out. Same goes for cutlery and crockery.

Staff were nice & the hotel is great, in a good location, clean & had great facilities. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to make the most of them.

Please make it clearer when booking that you can drive up to the car park entrance & buzz for reception to let you in. I parked elsewhere on double yellows to check in then I found this out. Also, maybe someone to monitor or demonstrate the waffle making machine. I had no idea & felt like an inconvenience

Food Service Cleanliness

Fantastic location, not far from centre with handy tesco express and pub next door. Amazing staff all really lovely Kind and helpful. The car park underneath is secure and accessible by a pin code, so you know the car is safe. Room key card is also to turn the lights on in the room and used to access the floors via the lift and to get into the hotel at night. Loads of seating in the bar area and a great selection of drinks, they even have a section of chocolate and crisps to purchase and a bar menu Loads of takeaways that deliver. Taxi's everywhere, longest had to wait for an Uber was 2 minutes. Aircon in the room is perfect for hot days, like when we stayed. Plugs near the bed, smart TV as well as hair dryer, iron and ironing board Complementary breakfast was great as free. Everyone was really friendly and the things to do nearby were great.

The sun shined through the sides of the blind. The bathroom door was a joint slide door with the wardrobe, so if pushed towards the bathroom, the wardrobe was open and vice versa, because of this, the door never actually shuts properly, making it a little uncomfortable. Would have been disappointed if had to pay extra for the breakfast, and some of the cups were still dirty
