Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Great premises. The family room for two adults was big and comfortable. Large and convenient car park.

The twin room for two adults was small and not comfortable at all. There was an annoying sound on the roof that kept us sleepless when it was windy.

Location from train station was fab, 5 mins walk ! Hotel was great, very welcoming and clean, stayed 3 nights with our cockapoo and we felt totally at home, staff were so welcoming, we honestly couldn't have asked for more. We had a large room overlooking the front of the hotel, just great. Very tasty breakfast too :-) Nice local bar for a few drinks, well behaved dogs allowed everywhere :-) Will definatly go back next year for our doggie holiday

Was disappointed with the premises for a start but it is an old building and there's only so much can be done to improve the facilities. The room was clean and the bed laundry excellent

Truly pet friendly with clean tidy rooms and good pub quality food with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Car park large and close to room. Breakfast provided between 7.30 to 9.30 according to choice.

Nothing at all to detract from staying here. I would stay again without hesitation.

A very warm welcome , big spacious comfortable room with thick towels. The evening meal and breakfast was very good too. The staff ( Emily and Angie) and the owner Chris went out of their way to help including giving us a lift to the start of the rat race event we were doing and staying late for check in. An absolute gem , wound definitely recommend

Excellent experience. Quiet location within walking distance of all amenities. The room was excellent and the staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was everything you could expect. As a regular traveller to the area this is the sixth Nairn hotel I've stayed in and definitely the best. I shall be back!
