A good continental breakfast with excellent mix of fresh fruit ,Very friendly and helpfull host ,room clean and comfortable shower room ok good views of sea. Restuarant and pubs close by. Easy parking.

Room & view was beautiful, spotlessly clean.

Very disappointed that full Scottish breakfast option wasn’t available, no mention of this on booking.com or b&b website. If I had been aware of this prior to my visit I would not have booked. Hot breakfast rolls were offered as an alternative but no comparison to full breakfast.

Wonderful hosts , amazing location and a great find

We felt like we are visiting our parents - very warmly welcome. The place is beatiful, just in front of the beach, sea view from the master's bedroom is astonishing. Comfortable beds and amazing breakfest. 10 out of 10.

Craig and Anne,(hosts) were very welcoming, really nice family atmosphere The view from our room was exceptional, overlooking the Moray firth Great breakfast and the coffee is probably the best I've had in a hotel or b&b Location is brilliant ,close to lovely beach (approx 200metres) great pub's & restaurants 5 min walk

Flying into Inverness airport late afternoon we wanted somewhere within easy reach, so chose Nairn, then looked at the sea front. This is a very easy to get to property, that is comfortable, has a nice view, a very pleasant host and a good breakfast. The bedroom is large and the ensuite also a very good size, All located in a characterful building. If we are in the area again it would be our first choice. I would have liked to give a 8.5 but the system doesn't allow this!
