The chef was excellent snd aimed to please all requests

The big warm comfortable room and bed.

Would have liked a more powerful shower, a light above the mirror for shaving and a shelf of some sort to put toiletries on in the bathroom.

just little things , bathroom grout needs a touch up , & our radiator needed bleeding which I mentioned to the barman , so hopefully it gets checked out other than that we had a great stay

My choice for an evening meal was the Mixed Grill. I was astonished when my meal was served, the plate was huge and had everything you would expect - and more. Excellent service and absolutely delicious. The room was a double with a very comfortable bed which was very cosy on one of the coldest spells for a while. I also enjoyed the cooked breakfast in the morning and passed on my compliments to the Chef / Cook.

I have no negative opinions regarding my stay at this Inn.

the room was Huge, the bed was huge, extremely comfortable. well decorated. the bar down stairs did bar meal which were good. breakfast was good, plenty to eat

the very small bathroom, we had a shower which was small but it did what it needed. the only thing I would say is a new toilet set in room 8, first time I went to the loo, I very nearly fell off the seat. (I didn’t break it) it was already broken. so please replace

I have used this property before when in ned if accommodation in Nairn. The room was comfortable and clean with all the expected facilities. The choice to not service the room during my 2 night stay was perfectly sensible. Daily servicing is often completely unnecessary. The food is good and there is a good choice of breakfast. Would definitely use again.

Really nice decor, luxurious towels, very cosy room, nice people and all that for very good value. Well impressed and will stay there again next time I’m needing a hotel in Nairn.

nothing, fantastic place

Had a great stay, I'm giving this place a solid 5 stars, the staff were friendly, food was good, the room was very clean and had pretty much everything I needed. Location was great too, nice little string of shops in the neighborhood, plus the beach was only a 15 minute walk away.

My only complaint is that the walls are somewhat thin

The lack of facilities, restaurant/ bar was closed on Sunday we arrived No notification given and most restaurants in town fully booked. Could not get booked in bar restaurant for rest of stay, staff not the friendliest. Room was clean but small bathroom with sink outside bathroom in the bedroom -yuck. Whole place needs modernised

Set in a great location for town centre. The room was clean and the big bed was very comfortable for a great night's sleep. Big breakfast in the morning set you up for the day ahead.. we had our evening meals in the Inn which were fantastic and very tasty. Great value for money we will definitely be back fantastic staff thanks for fantastic stay.
