Quito good location and neighbourhood, nice design, responsive host

Not well prepared for guests over 4,

It was a spacious apartment with comfortable bedding. The property was centrally located.

No access via lift

Very spacious 4 room apartment. Having 3 bathrooms was great as well.

Corners were cut buying bathroom equipment so a lot of it was quite loose and bad quality. The mattresses are hard and there isn’t plenty of bedding.

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood of Riga, easily reachable by tram or trolley bus. We walked from and to the centre which took about 20 minutes. You'll find restaurants, shops, grocery stores, cafes etc in short walking distance. Entry is entirely by door code which was sent in good time before we arrived. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the street noise or any noise not audible. Residents walking up the stairs can be heard but that comes with the type of building.

One somewhat strange thing was that we couldn't lock the door from the inside, so it appeared anybody with a valid code could in theory enter the apartment. Some appliances were missing or used up but relatively promptly replaced.

Easy check in, walking distance from the center, parking place, spacious and calm apartment, comfortable beds, two separate bath rooms, equipped kitchen, terrace, close to our favorite breakfast location (Troubadour Gourmant - same street)

Weak WiFi (no signal in second bathroom)

The apartment is clean and comfortable for the family of 2 adults and two children. Kitchen was equipped by dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, stovetop and full big oven. Cozy place on windowsill can be used for relax.

No any complaints

Nice location for family: not far away from the city centre and airport but calm at night.Private parking spot is very convenient. Tidy staircase. There are some stairs to climb, though, for families with babies. The apartment is minimally furnished, and there is no wardrobe, though there is enough space to hang up the clothes in the space behind the curtains.

The apartment was dirty. Dust on the floors, the appliances in the kitchen were covered in fat and dust... cutlery in the drawer was dirty. Spider web on the lamp and corners. Chunk of hair in the bathroom sink. Dishwasher dirty and mildew on the sides☹️I didn't know what apartment I was getting. The pictures are mixed of many.

Perfect Accomodation close to city centre! One of the best apartments I have rent via booking!
