A little hiccup when some of our group arrived as previous people hadn't left but it was sorted quickly.And we were a little bit earlier than 3pm. Awesome house. A good set up for us. There were three couples, three singles and myself. The little lounge by the second bathroom should be made into a bedroom with a single bed we all thought. I used this as a bedroom. But general layout was great. We were all family, cousins, my sister and husband and two of my sons so the house worked well for us. And it was handy to my Aunty. Thankyou

Beautiful home which was so close to the beach! The place was immaculate on arrival and included all amenities you could think of. Really felt like home away from home. Also found it very easy to deal with manager about a small issue, was dealt with quickly and professionally. Would recommend a stay here.

Absolutely brilliant holiday home. Fantastic amenities and multiple living spaces that afforded all 10 of us (6 adults, 2 teens, 2 children) to relax separately when needed, or be part of the action. Indoors to outdoors, this home flows beautifully well. Ample space in the double garage that we could comfortably and securely park a Minivan and a 4wd SUV. So close to the beach, literally a few minutes walk up the road. Convenience Store close by and of course the main inner city mere minutes drive away.
Enjoyed every moment - did not want to leave - will most definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

It was a wonderful stay at a super great location! Very close to the sea so we went swimming every single day and those boogie boards were a great addition too! The property was clean and well serviced!
However, it was pretty hot throughout our stay with only one fan for the entire place. And the sitting arrangements of the lounges was sort of weird, lots of little lounges that didn’t fit 10 people so we had to get creative with couches and chairs hehe

I'm sorry but I don't think this place is quite up to scratch compared to other places we have stayed in. Firstly... what is with not being able to open the skylight in the kitchen... the sun is streaming down on you while you are trying to cook and makes for an unpleasurable experience. The cleaning is not quite up to standard... the skirting boards are disgusting and the outdoor table is covered in bird poo. The dryer doesn't dry. And there weren't enough tea towels to see us through.
But... thank you for the little touches like the Xmas tree and other decorations. They went down well.

We enjoyed our stay for our 4 nights
Could have slept up to 10 people.
Hot house which really needs fans and a few other things to make it better which would certainly give it a higher rating

Southland 6 visit to garden festival
Accommodation was great enjoyed our stay at house. Perfect for a group of
women on a garden visit mission. We did notice one or two things that you may not be aware of. We wondered if the smoke alarms were installed correctly If any. Light in main lounge flickers a lot when shower next door going. The small bathroom does have a condensation issue and the walls needed a wipe. Many thanks for having us and we would use again I’m sure if we are back. Sue
