Near train station and city center

It was very clean, and loved the air conditioning. Across the street from the main train station, and only a 10 minute walk to the Marienplatz!

We tried to ask for deposit the owner is not helping.

Listing was not properly represented online and was uncomfortable for our family of 4.

This place is a lovely little efficiency apartment -- bedroom, living area with sofa / hide-a-bed, kitchenette, bathroom. We loved being near the main train / subway station. We loved being within walking distance of Marienplatz. We walked to the English Gardens three times. We had two minor concerns. 1. The floor was quite dusty. 2. The street is quite noisy at night -- yet we needed to have the windows open to let cool air in. The property manager was VERY helpful.

Location and amenities were just what we were looking for. The street was a bit noisy, but we were still able to sleep pretty well. The AC worked well. Overall, we would highly recommend the apt hotel.

Location is very close to train station. Owner is very kind and helpful. Check-in was a little confusing but worked out. Room was changed from what I booked. Regardless the room we were in was clean, comfortable, bathroom large for Europe, elevator to our floor was appreciated. The short distance down the street of the lodging location made my teen uncomfortable but I was okay. Walking to city center was easy - it is not IN the city center but distance was okay. I would recommend staying here.

Apartment was very clean & well located near train station & subway. Neighborhood location was loud & approximately a 20 minute walk to the Marienplatz. Communication with owner was excellent.

It was a stop off between cities so we only stayed the night. It was close to the train station, and not far from the sites and downtown. Was easy check in and check out,. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and roomy and had all the necessities.

The location was so convenient to the central train station and a three minute walk. The place was a lot smaller than I anticipated, but was clean, easy to get in and out, and the property owner was good at communication for check-in and checkout.

It's location is just 12 minutes from the München's central bus/train station and 10 minutes from the old town. Very nice, big and confortable room.

It was clean, nicely located. The check in gave some difficulty, but that was due to my email not being accessible while there (my fault). I called and spoke with someone and she was very helpful and patient with me and was able to get me into the apartment. I have absolutely no complaints.

We were only staying one night so being close to the train station was important. It’s a close walk to the main parts of Munich and has great grocery stores nearby.

The listing is completely inaccurate, they know it but refuse to do anything about it and VRBO does nothing. This is not a 1 bedroom. It is a studio, it is one room with two single mattresses pushed together and a small pull out couch about 1.5 ft from the foot of the bed. We were there at the onset of a local heat wave, the air conditioning works but is blocked so it cannot be adjusted. The elevator is outside at back of building and is adjacent to a restaurant and the area has a bad smell. The room was updated but need a deep cleaning. The positive is that it's near most sites and easy to navigate. Research the name of the property as you will find it cheaper on other sites. Purchase travel insurance as you might be able to get money back for misrepresentation of property.

We visited Munich for the first time, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The manager met us at the door upon arrival, was extremely helpful when showing us the amenities and providing necessary information, we had plenty of room for 2 adults and one preteen, and it was right next to the central train station but super quiet. Would recommend to anyone!
