They clean only once per 7 days stay. In the day of cleaning they didn’t clean well

Check in problems ! At the arrival in the hotel , at the time interval I had send by email , the room were not ready . I had to wait more that 1,5 hours and other clients also . The personal from the reception were not polite and they did not give us the contact of their management to claim ... More that that they keep us waiting without a glass of water , I need to buy one . I Feld very uncomfortable !

The price was very high, No one to help you with luggage on arrival and check out. TV Channels were very limited and mostly in German language, very few English speaking channels and they were news channels only. No food services at all, No vending machines available for snacks or drinks, No complimentary bottle of water is provided on arrival and the fridge is totally empty. If you arriving late night no reception and your apartment key is kept in safe box outside the main entrance, you need to have the password to open the box and get your keys and it’s advised to stop at any gas station and buy some water and snacks since they don’t provide any water or snakes even with charges.
